【摘要】：設(shè)備管理是一個(gè)企業(yè)管理中重要的組成部分,良好的設(shè)備管理是企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)和提高效益的重要保證。設(shè)備作為企業(yè)資本的重要組成部分,其管理的質(zhì)量直接決定了企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,因此,設(shè)備管理已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中不可忽視的重要的內(nèi)容。石化企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備龐大,而且生產(chǎn)工藝復(fù)雜,這對(duì)石化企業(yè)的設(shè)備管理提出了更高的要求。UU公司在多年的發(fā)展中積累了不少設(shè)備管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但是面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的市場(chǎng),如何更好地管理企業(yè)的設(shè)備,使其充分發(fā)揮效率,提高生產(chǎn)率是UU公司發(fā)展中面臨的重要問(wèn)題。本文從UU公司的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)設(shè)備管理的理論和方法,探討適合UU公司的設(shè)備管理方式,對(duì)于公司的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文首先對(duì)設(shè)備管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,其次對(duì)UU公司設(shè)備的管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并找出公司在設(shè)備管理理念、設(shè)備管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)、設(shè)備前期管理以及設(shè)備后期管理中存在的問(wèn)題,最后結(jié)合現(xiàn)代設(shè)備管理理論針對(duì)UU公司的設(shè)備管理中存在的問(wèn)題,在UU公司設(shè)備管理理念、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、員工改進(jìn)以及各階段的設(shè)備管理等方面提出了公司設(shè)備管理的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management, and good equipment management is an important guarantee of safe production and improving benefit. Equipment as an important part of enterprise capital, the quality of its management directly determines the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, equipment management has become an important content in modern enterprise management. The production equipment of petrochemical enterprises is huge and the production process is complex, which puts forward higher requirements for equipment management in petrochemical enterprises. UU company has accumulated a lot of equipment management experience in the development of many years, but in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market, It is an important problem for UU Company to manage the equipment of the enterprise better, to give full play to its efficiency and to improve its productivity. Based on the actual situation of UU Company and the theory and method of modern enterprise equipment management, this paper discusses the equipment management mode suitable for UU Company, which is of great significance to the development of UU Company. In this paper, the related theories of equipment management are first expounded, and then the current situation of equipment management in UU Company is analyzed, and the concept of equipment management, the organization of equipment management, and the organization of equipment management in UU Company are found out. The problems existing in the management of the equipment in the early stage and the later stage of the equipment management. Finally, combining with the modern equipment management theory, aiming at the problems existing in the equipment management of UU Company, the concept and organization of the equipment management in the UU Company are introduced. Staff improvement and equipment management at all stages of the improvement of the company equipment management recommendations.
