【摘要】:液壓機(jī)行業(yè)是鍛壓行業(yè)的子行業(yè),屬于裝備制造業(yè),而裝備制造業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門(mén)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)保障。建立起一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的裝備制造業(yè)是提高我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力和實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)工業(yè)化的根本保證,是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康增長(zhǎng)的必然要求。由于我國(guó)目前正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,此時(shí)又正值世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)復(fù)雜多變,所以中國(guó)裝備制造行業(yè)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存。企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向應(yīng)當(dāng)順應(yīng)當(dāng)下形勢(shì),才能夠抓住機(jī)遇,規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),使得企業(yè)從激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境下取得一定的成績(jī)。本文所述的案例來(lái)源為液壓機(jī)行業(yè)中較為卓越的企業(yè):AB液壓機(jī)公司。 AB液壓機(jī)公司是一家歷史悠久的大型國(guó)有控股企業(yè),也是我國(guó)最大的液壓機(jī)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地。企業(yè)擁有我國(guó)液壓機(jī)行業(yè)首家國(guó)家級(jí)企業(yè)技術(shù)中心以及行業(yè)唯一的液壓機(jī)專業(yè)研究所,其中囊括一支專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的管理研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)。隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入,公司規(guī)模不斷發(fā)展壯大,周圍環(huán)境不斷變化,所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境日趨激烈,對(duì)于AB液壓機(jī)公司而言,它所面臨的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境是更為激烈和富有挑戰(zhàn)性的。如何適應(yīng)內(nèi)外部的變化是公司面對(duì)的巨大課題,如何實(shí)時(shí)地調(diào)整自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略是公司要贏得市場(chǎng)份額的必要保障。 本文以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論為出發(fā)點(diǎn),著眼于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)分析,運(yùn)用了多種戰(zhàn)略分析工具將企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境與外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,并與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得到公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇依據(jù)。首先進(jìn)行了宏觀環(huán)境的PEST分析,找出了宏觀環(huán)境中影響液壓機(jī)行業(yè)及AB公司發(fā)展主要因素的變化原因。然后對(duì)行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析和波特五力分析,對(duì)AB液壓機(jī)公司所在的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)特性進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的歸納和總結(jié)。此后,對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析,對(duì)其優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行歸納和比較。最后,本文通過(guò)對(duì)公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析比較,得出AB公司自身的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)及其面臨的機(jī)遇和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。而由此對(duì)公司進(jìn)行了定位以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇,并給出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施等等。 而通過(guò)分析AB液壓機(jī)公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,找出液壓機(jī)行業(yè)當(dāng)前以及未來(lái)可能面臨的一些機(jī)遇與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),希望對(duì)該行業(yè)的從業(yè)者能有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic press industry is a sub-industry of forging industry, which belongs to the equipment manufacturing industry, and the equipment manufacturing industry is the basic guarantee for the development of various departments of the national economy. The establishment of a strong equipment manufacturing industry is the fundamental guarantee to improve the overall national strength of our country and realize the industrialization of our country, and is the inevitable requirement to realize the sustained and healthy economic growth of our country. Because our country is in the key period of economic transformation at this time, the world economic situation is complex and changeable, so the development opportunities and challenges of China's equipment manufacturing industry coexist. The strategic development direction of an enterprise should conform to the current situation in order to seize the opportunity, avoid the risk, make the enterprise stand out from the fierce competition, and make certain achievements in the market economy environment. The case mentioned in this paper comes from the more outstanding enterprise in hydraulic press industry: AB hydraulic press company. AB hydraulic press company is a large state-owned holding enterprise with a long history and is also the largest R & D and production base of hydraulic press in China. The company has the first national technical center of hydraulic press industry and the only professional research institute of hydraulic press, which includes a professional management research and development team. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the scale of the company continues to grow, the surrounding environment is constantly changing, the competition environment is becoming increasingly fierce, for AB hydraulic press company, The industry competition it faces is more intense and challenging. How to adapt to the internal and external changes is a huge problem faced by the company, and how to adjust its own competitive strategy in real time is the necessary guarantee for the company to win market share. Based on the theory of enterprise strategy, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using a variety of strategic analysis tools, and compares it with the competitors. Get the company's competitive strategy selection basis. First, the pest analysis of macro environment was carried out, and the main factors affecting the development of hydraulic press industry and AB company were found out. Then the structure of the industry environment and Porter's five forces analysis, AB hydraulic press company in the industry characteristics and competitive characteristics of the corresponding induction and summary. After that, the competitors are analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized and compared. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of the internal and external environment of the company, this paper draws the conclusion that AB company has its own advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and risks it faces. Therefore, the company is positioned and the competitive strategy is chosen, and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy are given. By analyzing the internal and external environment of AB hydraulic press company, this paper finds out some opportunities and risks that the hydraulic press industry may face at present and in the future, and hopes to have some reference value for the practitioners in this industry.
