基于RFID的休閑食品倉儲(chǔ)流程仿真及優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the diversified development of food demand and the rapid development of snack food industry, snack food has gradually become a necessary part of people's life. As a kind of fast moving consumer goods, snack food has strong timeliness. In order to ensure that food can reach consumers quickly after food production, it needs the support of its logistics link to shorten the time of food turnover as far as possible. This has put forward higher and higher requirements to the storage management of snack food. However, the storage of snack food in our country generally adopts manual operation mode, and the level of intelligence is low, which is far from meeting the management demand of snack food enterprises. How to improve the current situation of food storage management, how to improve the speed of food storage, how to strengthen the control of food information, and how to shorten the storage period of food is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to improve the efficiency of storage management of snack food, this paper introduces RFID technology to realize the reform of storage process, and evaluates the result of process transformation by the method of process simulation. This paper mainly studies the storage process of snack food from the following aspects: firstly, the management characteristics of the storage of snack food are analyzed, and the problems existing in the process of storage of snack food in China are studied. Secondly, according to the requirements of the storage management of snack food, combined with the characteristics of RFID technology, the storage process of leisure food after the application of RFID technology is redesigned. Finally, the process model of snack food storage is established by flow simulation, and the improvement degree of the storage process of snack food is evaluated on the basis of analyzing the simulation results. Through the above three aspects of the study, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) by referring to the waiting time of food warehouse, the utilization rate of staff and equipment, the order completion rate, we can find that, after the application of RFID technology, The efficiency of storage management of snack food has been improved obviously. (2) through the research of process model, the bottleneck problem in the storage process of snack food has been found out, and the optimization scheme has been put forward.
