【摘要】：精益生產(chǎn)作為一種公認(rèn)具有先進(jìn)性的生產(chǎn)方式,自誕生以來,其體系已發(fā)展了60余年,在世界范圍內(nèi)得到不斷的豐富和完善,并最終發(fā)展成為較為完整的先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)管理技術(shù)和方法體系,在世界范圍內(nèi),引起越來越多的關(guān)注。 關(guān)于精益生產(chǎn),在我國企業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)已進(jìn)行了一定程度的研究,并且得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用和推廣,在中小民營企業(yè),雖然大家都知道精益是很好的生產(chǎn)組織方法,降低成本,增加利潤,但能真正使之應(yīng)用于企業(yè)并產(chǎn)生實(shí)際價值的案例卻并不多,很難說精益生產(chǎn)得到了有效運(yùn)用。 DL公司是一家有二十年歷史的中小民營電動工具企業(yè),也在探索實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)方法,以達(dá)到降低成本,提高競爭力的目的。本文介紹了精益生產(chǎn)的理論,并以精益生產(chǎn)工具和思想為指導(dǎo),對DL公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,先找到影響精益生產(chǎn)的主要問題及其形成原因,然后就對如何解決這幾個主要問題進(jìn)行研究并提供解決方法,闡述在DL公司推行精益生產(chǎn)的方法,最后總結(jié)出進(jìn)一步推廣的計劃以及經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。本文力圖以精益生產(chǎn)在中小民營企業(yè)推行的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為同樣的探索精益生產(chǎn)的中小企業(yè)提供方法和規(guī)律的參考。
[Abstract]:Lean production is a recognized and advanced production mode , since its birth , its system has been developed for more than 60 years , has been enriched and perfected in the world , and finally developed into a more complete advanced production management technology and method system , which has caused more and more attention in the world .

With regard to lean production , a certain degree of research has been carried out in enterprises and academic institutions in our country , and has been widely applied and promoted . In small and medium - sized private enterprises , it is difficult to say that lean production has been effectively applied , although it is known that the lean benefit is a good production organization method , the cost is reduced and the profit is increased .

DL Company is a small and medium - sized private electric tool enterprise with two decades of history . It also explores the implementation of lean production methods to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving competitiveness . This paper introduces the theory of lean production and analyzes the current situation of DL Company by using lean production tools and ideas .
