【摘要】：云南是我國兩煙生產(chǎn)的重要基地,云南煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)都有著舉足輕重的影響。在目前的形勢(shì)下,如何充分利用優(yōu)勢(shì)揚(yáng)長避短,正確地應(yīng)對(duì)國際國內(nèi)煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),在競爭中不斷提高煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,建立適合的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈組織模式,是確保云南煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)在激烈的市場環(huán)境中提高核心競爭力和優(yōu)勢(shì)地位的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),是實(shí)現(xiàn)云南省煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路。 本文以云南煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況為基礎(chǔ),廣泛結(jié)合云南煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的運(yùn)作現(xiàn)狀,從煙草生產(chǎn)組織模式、影響煙草銷售因素、加工企業(yè)與供銷合作三個(gè)方面對(duì)煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行探討。通過大量數(shù)據(jù)的歸納整理,對(duì)云南煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行多維度、多角度的闡述分析。在討論過程之中,本文多使用了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、定量與定性分析法、調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究和層次分析等方法。本文通過層次分析法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的加工企業(yè)和原材料供應(yīng)商合作效率實(shí)驗(yàn)表明合作能力,合作的收益是影響煙草加工企業(yè)和供應(yīng)商之間的合作效率最重要的因素。三種煙草供應(yīng)商和煙草加工企業(yè)效率的比較分析,規(guī)模性種植合作效率明顯高于一般種植區(qū),而一般種植區(qū)高于零散的煙農(nóng)的合作效率。市場主體在具體交易的合作盈余取決于交易雙方的力量的分割。 面對(duì)云南省煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,本文從5個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)論述,結(jié)構(gòu)框架分別為：引言介紹本文起筆的原因、對(duì)行業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí),通過介紹當(dāng)前煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的問題、現(xiàn)狀,引出本文的研究意義及背景介紹；第二部分介紹了云南煙草生產(chǎn)模式概況及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作取得的成績及運(yùn)行中存在的問題。第三部分對(duì)影響煙草銷售的因素及效率進(jìn)行了分析,包括：對(duì)影響云南煙草銷售的品牌因素、市場組織模式因素、營銷環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析；對(duì)云南煙草行業(yè)影響銷售的阻礙、劣勢(shì)、威脅、機(jī)會(huì)等進(jìn)行了分析；對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)行的模式創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。第四部分就云南煙草加工企業(yè)與煙草供應(yīng)商的合作效率分析深入的研究,戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)思想是確定合作目標(biāo)、合作重點(diǎn)、模式階段并貫穿于合作模式始終的效率分析。同時(shí),從強(qiáng)化煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)組織合作的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、完善體制創(chuàng)新理念、建立有效的競爭激勵(lì)機(jī)制；建立科學(xué)的合作機(jī)制,培養(yǎng)、塑造和引進(jìn)管理營銷能手；實(shí)施合作創(chuàng)新國際化模式；加強(qiáng)對(duì)管理工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型合作組織模式等方面提出了為實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式而采取的各種措施建議。最后第五部分給出整個(gè)論文的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Yunnan is an important base of tobacco production in China. The development of tobacco industry in Yunnan has an important influence on national economy and local economy. Under the present situation, how to make full use of the advantages, how to take advantage of the advantages, how to correctly deal with the development trend of the international and domestic tobacco industry, how to continuously improve the innovation ability of the tobacco industry in the competition, and how to establish the suitable industrial chain organization mode. It is the key point to ensure Yunnan tobacco industry to improve its core competitiveness and advantage position in the fierce market environment, and is the only way to realize the sustainable development of Yunnan tobacco industry. Based on the actual situation of Yunnan tobacco industry and the current situation of Yunnan tobacco industry, this paper discusses tobacco industry from three aspects: tobacco production organization mode, influencing factors of tobacco sales, and cooperation between processing enterprises and supply and marketing enterprises. Through a large number of data summarized, the tobacco industry in Yunnan is analyzed from multiple dimensions and angles. In the process of discussion, the methods of statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, investigation, literature research and hierarchical analysis are used in this paper. In this paper, through the analytic hierarchy process data analysis, processing enterprises and raw material suppliers in the tobacco industry chain cooperation efficiency experiments show the cooperation ability. The benefit of cooperation is the most important factor that affects the efficiency of cooperation between tobacco processing enterprises and suppliers. Comparing the efficiency of three kinds of tobacco suppliers and tobacco processing enterprises, the cooperation efficiency of scale planting is higher than that of general planting area, and the cooperation efficiency of general planting area is higher than that of scattered tobacco farmers. The cooperative surplus of the market subject in the specific transaction depends on the division of the power of the two sides of the transaction. In the face of the current situation of tobacco industry in Yunnan Province, this paper discusses it from five aspects. The structure frame is as follows: the introduction introduces the reasons for starting this paper, the understanding of the industry, the problems faced by the current tobacco industry, and the present situation. The second part introduces the general situation of Yunnan tobacco production model and its development status, the achievements of technological innovation and the problems in operation. The third part has carried on the analysis to the influence tobacco sale factor and the efficiency, including: the influence Yunnan tobacco sale brand factor, the market organization pattern factor, the marketing environment factor carries on the scientific analysis; This paper analyzes the obstacles, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of Yunnan tobacco industry affecting sales, and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the innovation ability of the current model of Yunnan tobacco industry. In the fourth part, the author makes a deep research on the cooperation efficiency between tobacco processing enterprises and tobacco suppliers in Yunnan Province. The strategic guiding ideology is to determine the cooperation goal, the key point of cooperation, the mode stage and the efficiency analysis that runs through the cooperation mode all the time. At the same time, we should strengthen the innovation consciousness of tobacco industry organization cooperation, perfect the idea of system innovation, set up effective competition incentive mechanism, establish scientific cooperation mechanism, train, mold and introduce management marketing expert. This paper puts forward various measures to realize the development mode of modern industry, such as carrying out the mode of cooperation and innovation, strengthening the leadership of management and building the mode of innovative cooperative organization. Finally, the fifth part gives the summary of the whole paper.
