江蘇BG公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:江蘇BG公司是一家紙漿模塑制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè),現(xiàn)主要是利用普通秸稈、甘蔗渣等“廢物”原料制成生物可降解包裝材料的綠色環(huán)保企業(yè),成立于2012年4月,處于起步期。公司目前主要是幫助一家美國剃須刀生產(chǎn)廠家提供產(chǎn)品內(nèi)包裝,故所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品均用于出口。而伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和金融危機(jī)的影響,人民幣升值壓力大,不利于出口。江蘇BG公司剛剛起步,目前最需要解決的問題是,找到有效的籌集、科學(xué)的投放、合理的分配資金的方法,打開國內(nèi)市場,增加自身的競爭力。只有制定了與江蘇BG公司目前情況適應(yīng)的財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,才能保障公司總的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)。 本文基于財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的理論和江蘇BG公司的現(xiàn)狀對江蘇BG公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究。首先分析了江蘇BG公司的總體經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,運用SWOT分析法對江蘇BG公司的財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析;其次,分析了江蘇BG公司所處的發(fā)展階段和財務(wù)狀況,結(jié)合企業(yè)的財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)定位,為江蘇BG公司制定了的籌資戰(zhàn)略、投資戰(zhàn)略和收益分配戰(zhàn)略;最后從組織、制度、信息化和企業(yè)文化四個方面提出了有利的保障措施,保障江蘇BG公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的順利實施。
[Abstract]:BG Co., Ltd. is a pulp molding products production enterprise, is mainly using common straw, bagasse and other "waste" raw materials to make biodegradable packaging materials green enterprises, founded in April, 2012, is in its infancy. The company is mainly to help an American shaver manufacturer to provide product packaging, so the products are used for export. With the rapid development of China's economy and the impact of the financial crisis, the pressure of RMB appreciation is great, which is not conducive to exports. Jiangsu BG Company has just started. At present, the most important problem to be solved is to find effective ways to raise funds, to put them in a scientific way, to allocate funds reasonably, to open up the domestic market and to increase their own competitiveness. Only when the financial strategy adapted to the current situation of Jiangsu BG Company is formulated, can the realization of the company's overall management strategy be ensured. Based on the theory of financial strategy and the current situation of Jiangsu BG Company, this paper studies the financial strategy of Jiangsu BG Company. First of all, it analyzes the overall operating strategy of Jiangsu BG Company, and analyzes the internal and external environment of the financial strategy of Jiangsu BG Company by using SWOT analysis method. Secondly, it analyzes the development stage and financial situation of Jiangsu BG Company. Combined with the orientation of the financial strategic goal of the enterprise, the financing strategy, the investment strategy and the income distribution strategy of Jiangsu BG Company have been formulated; finally, the favorable safeguard measures have been put forward from the four aspects of organization, system, information and corporate culture. To ensure the smooth implementation of the financial strategy of Jiangsu BG Company.
