【摘要】：隨著電力行業(yè)市場化進(jìn)程的加快，電力企業(yè)，，尤其是火電企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨激烈，特別是對(duì)電力設(shè)備的要求與依賴程度越來越高，設(shè)備的維修管理水平益發(fā)重要。摒棄傳統(tǒng)計(jì)劃檢修模式，推行先進(jìn)的點(diǎn)檢定修管理工作方式，不僅能夠使企業(yè)設(shè)備管理實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理，而且能夠在最大范圍內(nèi)調(diào)動(dòng)廣大員工工作的積極性，提高員工工作效率，建立符合市場改革要求的設(shè)備管理模式，從而為企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)良性發(fā)展提供參考與建議。 本文在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，詳細(xì)分析了GJ熱電公司設(shè)備檢修維護(hù)管理現(xiàn)狀，明確了其存在的主要管理問題。進(jìn)而，根據(jù)GJ熱電公司設(shè)備檢修維修面臨的問題，引入了點(diǎn)檢定修的管理模式，并從組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、點(diǎn)檢管理、定修管理、其他管理等多方面較詳細(xì)的闡述了點(diǎn)檢定修的具體實(shí)施方案。 通過對(duì)點(diǎn)檢定修制的應(yīng)用研究，認(rèn)為GJ熱電有限公司以點(diǎn)檢定修為基礎(chǔ)的檢修管理模式是符合自身特點(diǎn)的，卓有成效的檢修模式。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the marketization process of the electric power industry, the competition between the electric power enterprises, especially the thermal power enterprises, is becoming more and more fierce. Especially, the demand and dependence on the power equipment is becoming higher and higher, and the maintenance and management level of the equipment is becoming more and more important. Abandoning the traditional mode of planned maintenance and carrying out the advanced mode of fixed repair management of spot inspection can not only modernize the equipment management of enterprises, but also further strengthen the production management of enterprises. Moreover, it can mobilize the enthusiasm of the vast number of employees in the maximum scope, improve their working efficiency, and establish a model of equipment management in line with the requirements of market reform. Therefore, it provides reference and suggestions for enterprises to realize sustainable and benign development in the fierce market competition. On the basis of combing the relevant documents at home and abroad, this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of equipment maintenance and maintenance management in GJ Thermal Power Company, and clarifies its main management problems. Then, according to the problems of equipment maintenance and repair in GJ Thermal Power Company, this paper introduces the management mode of spot inspection and repair, and from the organizational design, spot inspection management, fixed repair management, Other management and other aspects of more detailed elaboration of the spot inspection fixed repair of the specific implementation plan. Based on the research on the application of spot check and fixed repair system, it is considered that the maintenance management mode based on spot checking and fixing repair in GJ Thermal Power Co., Ltd is in line with its own characteristics and effective maintenance mode.
