【摘要】：隨著近二年歐美經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣的影響，跨國(guó)電子制造行業(yè)在原本殘酷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的局面上，又面臨著更為激烈的角逐。大多數(shù)企業(yè)都意識(shí)到必須摒棄過去傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理模式，將供應(yīng)鏈管理與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制結(jié)合，，以降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本，加快資金流動(dòng)，快速響應(yīng)客戶需求來(lái)維持與提升自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 供應(yīng)鏈管理模式下的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制強(qiáng)調(diào)的是：從傳統(tǒng)，封閉的縱向思維轉(zhuǎn)為橫向，開放的思維方式。與傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制相比，在信息來(lái)源，集成方法，計(jì)劃的決策模式，運(yùn)行環(huán)境，生產(chǎn)控制的手段等諸多方面，供應(yīng)鏈管理模式下的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制都會(huì)有著顯著不同。 本文基于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)管理環(huán)境，對(duì)當(dāng)前的供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容以及基于供應(yīng)鏈管理模式和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃控制的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃于控制的差距進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析，進(jìn)而對(duì)新模式下的管理提出了新要求。并根據(jù)這個(gè)模式提出了適合供應(yīng)鏈管理生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制的模型，分析了它的特點(diǎn)。以及結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際案例，針對(duì)需求預(yù)測(cè)，庫(kù)存控制，訂單管理，ERP系統(tǒng)提出相關(guān)見解，進(jìn)而推進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作，適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
[Abstract]:With the impact of the economic depression in Europe and the United States in recent two years, the transnational electronic manufacturing industry is facing more fierce competition in the original situation of cruel competition. Most enterprises are aware of the need to abandon the traditional supply chain and production planning management model and combine supply chain management with production planning and control in order to reduce operating costs and speed up the flow of funds. Respond quickly to customer needs to maintain and enhance their competitiveness. The production planning and control in the supply chain management mode emphasizes the change from the traditional, closed vertical thinking to the horizontal and open thinking mode. Compared with the traditional production planning and control, the production planning and control under the supply chain management mode will be significantly different from that of the traditional production planning and control in many aspects, such as information sources, integration methods, decision models of planning, operation environment and means of production control, etc. Based on the actual management environment of modern enterprises, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the relevant contents of current supply chain management and the gap between production planning and control based on supply chain management mode and production planning control. Then put forward the new request to the management under the new mode. According to this model, a model suitable for supply chain management production planning and control is put forward, and its characteristics are analyzed. Combined with the actual cases of enterprises, this paper puts forward some relevant opinions on ERP system of demand forecasting, inventory control and order management, so as to promote the sustainable improvement of enterprises and adapt to market competition.
