【摘要】：正引言工業(yè)發(fā)展是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要路徑,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新又是工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的主要措施,我國技術(shù)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)采用何種形式、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新又處于何種階段,政府應(yīng)采取什么樣的政策導(dǎo)向,對我國今后工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都是非常重要的。工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的速度和程度是國家在經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力較量中勝敗的關(guān)鍵。目前我國工業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r較以前有很大進(jìn)展和改善,但仍然存在著工業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不夠優(yōu)化的問題,與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比也有一定的差距。首先,制造業(yè)規(guī)模雖然在日益
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that industrial development is an important path of economic development, technological innovation is also the main measure of upgrading industrial structure, what form should be adopted in China's technological innovation, what is the stage of technological innovation, and what kind of policy direction should be adopted by the government? It is very important to upgrade the industrial structure and economic development in the future. The speed and degree of industrial structure upgrading is the key to win and lose the national economic strength contest. At present, China's industrial development has made great progress and improvement than before, but there is still a problem that the industrial internal structure is not optimized enough, and there is also a certain gap compared with the developed countries.
