連續(xù)性與不連續(xù)創(chuàng)新在電力企業(yè)中的協(xié)同作用研究

【摘要】:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是我國實(shí)現(xiàn)高速和跨越式發(fā)展的主要途徑,也是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的根本。根據(jù)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是延續(xù)性的還是顛覆性的,可以將其劃分為連續(xù)性創(chuàng)新與不連續(xù)創(chuàng)新。兩種創(chuàng)新面臨著不同的成本和收益選擇。連續(xù)性創(chuàng)新所需投資額較小,面臨的市場環(huán)境比較穩(wěn)定,市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較小,但面對(duì)的行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大;不連續(xù)創(chuàng)新所需的投資額度往往較高,市場開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)很大,但可以有效的抵御行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。兩者的協(xié)同既可以增強(qiáng)企業(yè)抗行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力,又能給企業(yè)帶來持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)金流收入。 電力行業(yè)作為一個(gè)技術(shù)密集型的產(chǎn)業(yè),技術(shù)進(jìn)步日新月異,企業(yè)必須不斷創(chuàng)新才能在市場上據(jù)有一席之地。當(dāng)前,電力企業(yè)一方面要繼續(xù)完善現(xiàn)有的發(fā)電技術(shù)和電網(wǎng)技術(shù),不斷提高能源使用效率;另一方面又需要開發(fā)新能源,采用清潔能源和可再生能源技術(shù),這是未來發(fā)展的方向。北京電力工程公司重視技術(shù)開發(fā),在傳統(tǒng)火電站建設(shè)、輸電技術(shù)、蓄能技術(shù)等方面都不斷改進(jìn),同時(shí),在不連續(xù)創(chuàng)新如新能源尤其是風(fēng)能的開發(fā)上也投入許多,不斷增強(qiáng)自身的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)力。公司通過資金的投入分配、與科研院校合作、密切與大客戶的聯(lián)系等方式來進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新類型的選擇和持續(xù)開發(fā),帶來了企業(yè)主導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)的適時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移以及穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)金流,培育了創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)文化,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)基業(yè)長青式的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the main way to achieve high speed and leap-forward development in China, and is also the fundamental for enterprises to realize sustainable and healthy development. According to whether technological innovation is continuous or subversive, it can be divided into continuous innovation and discontinuous innovation. The two innovations face different cost and benefit choices. The investment required for continuous innovation is relatively small, the market environment is relatively stable, the market risk is relatively small, but the industry risk is large, the investment amount required for discontinuous innovation is often higher, and the risk of market development is very high. But can resist the industry risk effectively. The synergy between them can not only enhance the ability of resisting industry risk, but also bring steady cash flow income. Power industry as a technology-intensive industry, technological progress with each passing day, enterprises must constantly innovate in order to have a place in the market. At present, on the one hand, electric power enterprises should continue to improve the existing generation technology and grid technology to improve energy efficiency; on the other hand, it is necessary to develop new energy and adopt clean energy and renewable energy technology, which is the direction of future development. The Beijing Electric Power Engineering Company attaches importance to technological development. It has continuously improved its traditional thermal power plant construction, transmission technology, and energy storage technology. At the same time, it has also invested a lot in the development of discontinuous innovations such as new energy sources, especially wind energy. Constantly enhance their technical innovation strength. Through the investment allocation of funds, cooperation with scientific research institutions, close contact with key customers and other ways to select and continue to develop innovative types, which has brought the timely transfer of the enterprise's leading business and stable cash flow. Cultivate innovative corporate culture, conducive to the realization of the enterprise-based industry evergreen development.
