【摘要】：隨著人力資本在企業(yè)中的作用越來越重要,企業(yè)之間的競爭在很大程度上就是人力資本的競爭。在此背景下,企業(yè)對于人力資本投資的重視程度也隨之增加。為了提高人力資本的質(zhì)量,就要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的人力資本投資。然而任何投資都會存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),人力資本投資也不例外,如果企業(yè)在實(shí)際中不能很好地管理這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),那么就不能達(dá)到提高人力資本質(zhì)量的目標(biāo)甚至出現(xiàn)虧損。因此,深入的研究企業(yè)人力資本投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),了解企業(yè)人力資本投資中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其形成的原因,評估這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響程度,并且找到具有針對性的防范途徑,具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上采用了定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法、問卷調(diào)查法、案例分析法等研究方法對企業(yè)人力資本投資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題進(jìn)行了分析。首先,采用系統(tǒng)的方法對企業(yè)人力資本投資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識別,本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)將其分為外部環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、投資主體決策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、投資過程管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和投資客體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文認(rèn)為對于外部環(huán)境的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)企業(yè)很難進(jìn)行預(yù)測和控制,因此本文重點(diǎn)分析其他三種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；然后,運(yùn)用專家評價(jià)法和模糊綜合評價(jià)法(FCE)對企業(yè)人力資本投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評估,并且提出了防范途徑；最后,以山東平原第一建筑公司為例運(yùn)用綜合評估模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。 本研究是站在我國企業(yè)的視角來進(jìn)行的,在幫助企業(yè)識別人力資本投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的同時(shí),還可以幫助企業(yè)很好地管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以最終達(dá)到投資的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:As the role of human capital in enterprises is more and more important , the competition among enterprises is largely the competition of human capital . In order to improve the quality of human capital , it is necessary to invest in human capital . In order to improve the quality of human capital , it is necessary to invest in human capital .

Based on the research of literature , this paper analyzes the risk management of human capital investment by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis . Firstly , the risk of human capital investment in enterprises is identified by using the method of systematic approach . In this paper , the risk of human capital investment should be divided into external environment risk , investment subject ' s decision - making risk , investment process management risk and investment object risk .
Then , using expert evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method ( FCE ) , the risk of human capital investment in enterprises is evaluated , and countermeasures are put forward .
Finally , taking the first construction company of Shandong plain as an example , we use the comprehensive evaluation model to make an empirical analysis .

The research is carried out from the perspective of Chinese enterprises , while helping enterprises identify the risks of human capital investment , it can also help enterprises to manage risks well to achieve the expected goal of investment .
