【摘要】：推進藥品價格市場化改革,必須尊重市場規(guī)律,建立科學合理的藥品定價機制,使市場在藥品價格形成中起決定性作用。應進一步提高政府藥品價格調控水平,實現(xiàn)藥品價格治理體系合理化,提升藥品價格治理能力。就江西而言,一是要強化市場的決定性作用,堅持藥品價格市場化改革導向,讓藥品價格在市場競爭中形成;二是要強化藥品治理體系和治理能力建設,規(guī)范行政行為、市場行為和社會行為,完善藥品價格管理各項政策,為藥品生產企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大提供支持。
[Abstract]:To promote the market-oriented reform of drug prices, we must respect the law of the market, establish a scientific and reasonable drug pricing mechanism, and make the market play a decisive role in the formation of drug prices. It is necessary to further improve the level of government drug price control, realize the rationalization of drug price management system, and enhance the drug price governance ability. As far as Jiangxi is concerned, one is to strengthen the decisive role of the market, to adhere to the market-oriented reform of drug prices, and to allow drug prices to form in the market competition; the other is to strengthen the drug governance system and the building of governance capacity, and to standardize administrative behavior. Market behavior and social behavior, improve drug price management policies, to provide support for the development and growth of pharmaceutical production enterprises.
