【摘要】：正近年來,隨著以上海大眾30萬輛整車項(xiàng)目為龍頭的一批汽車及零部件企業(yè)落戶發(fā)展,江蘇省儀征市大力加強(qiáng)汽車專業(yè)技能人才的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng),著力解決人才供求矛盾,為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大、促進(jìn)汽車名城建設(shè)提供了有力支撐。深化校企合作,大力招引人才。緊扣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要和企業(yè)人才、技術(shù)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,儀征扎實(shí)開展"百家企業(yè)進(jìn)高校,百名教授進(jìn)企業(yè)"活動(dòng),由市相關(guān)部門與科技鎮(zhèn)長團(tuán)團(tuán)員,帶著企業(yè)、帶著需求,組成招才引智"小分隊(duì)",走進(jìn)國內(nèi)汽車設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)等領(lǐng)域的知名院校,進(jìn)行"敲門問賢",努力尋求智力支持。目前,該市與上海交通大學(xué)、合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)等建立了全面合作關(guān)系,合作共建了汽車及零部件"聯(lián)合產(chǎn)業(yè)化
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the establishment and development of a group of automobile and spare parts enterprises, which are led by Shanghai Volkswagen's 300000 vehicles project, Yizheng City, Jiangsu Province, has greatly strengthened the introduction and training of automotive professionals, and has focused on solving the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents. For the development and expansion of the automotive industry, to promote the construction of famous automobile cities to provide a strong support. Deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises to attract talents. In keeping with the needs of industrial development and the practical needs of enterprise talents and technology, Yizheng has firmly carried out the activities of "100 enterprises entering colleges and universities, 100 professors into enterprises", with the relevant municipal departments and members of the scientific and technological mayor's delegation, with enterprises and needs, Form a talent introduction "team", into the domestic car design, research and development and other well-known institutions, "knock on the door to ask sages," and strive to seek intellectual support. At present, the city has established a comprehensive cooperative relationship with Shanghai Jiaotong University and Hefei University of Technology, and has co-built the joint industrialization of automobiles and parts.
