榮縣供電公司績效管理體系研究

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)國家電網(wǎng)公司提出“一強三優(yōu)”現(xiàn)代公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,和“三抓一創(chuàng)”的工作思路。其中,抓隊伍需要績效管理不斷完善改進,才能將國家電網(wǎng)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標轉(zhuǎn)化為各級省、市電力公司工作目標。 績效管理作為人力資源管理的重要組成部分,在企業(yè)管理中,績效效果往往因企業(yè)制度、員工自身條件等因素影響,使得績效管理結(jié)果不能客觀、真實地體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)真實地管理水平。如何利用績效管理這個管理工具,充分調(diào)動廣大員工工作積極性和主動性,提升企業(yè)管理水平成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)急需破解地難題。 本文通過介紹對績效管理的背景和意義,分析了榮縣供電公司績效管理方面存在的主要問題,并根據(jù)公司績效管理現(xiàn)狀提出改進設(shè)計,進一步完善績效管理內(nèi)容,結(jié)合四川省電力公司出臺關(guān)于《“三集五大”體系建設(shè)績效考核管理制度辦法修訂》辦法,制定了新方案。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the development strategy goal of "one strong and three excellent" modern company put forward by State Grid Company, and the working train of thought of "three grasping and one creation". In order to transform the development strategy of the State Grid Company into the work goal of the provincial and municipal power companies, it is necessary to improve the performance management in order to transform the development strategy of the State Grid Company into the working target of the provincial and municipal power companies. Performance management as an important part of human resources management, in the enterprise management, the performance effect is often affected by the enterprise system, employee's own conditions and other factors, so the results of performance management can not be objective. It truly reflects the true management level of the enterprise. How to use performance management as a management tool, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff, and improve the level of enterprise management has become an urgent problem for modern enterprises to solve. By introducing the background and significance of performance management, this paper analyzes the main problems in performance management of Rongxian Power supply Company, and puts forward the improvement design according to the current situation of performance management in order to further improve the content of performance management. In combination with Sichuan Electric Power Company, a new scheme was formulated on the revision of the performance appraisal and management system of "three sets and five" system construction.
