【摘要】：正11月15日,國家能源局發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示,10月份全社會用電量4508億千瓦時,同比增長3.1%。拉低前10月用電同比增速至3.8%。3.1%的月度用電增幅是下半年來最高。顯示分月用電量趨勢在8月達到底部后,正持續(xù)穩(wěn)步爬升。不過,這仍然屬于近年來的較低數(shù)據(jù)。放在2012年僅高于9月份(同比增長2.9%),放在2013年則僅高于3月份(同比增長2%)。比今年上半年的平均增幅(5.3%)也低出不少。結(jié)合下半年整體數(shù)據(jù),可以明顯看出,今年以來,特別
[Abstract]:On Nov. 15, the National Energy Administration released data showing total social electricity consumption was 450.8 billion kilowatt-hours in October, up 3.1 percent from a year earlier. The monthly growth rate of electricity consumption in October was the highest in the second half of the year to 3.8 percent year-on-year. This shows that monthly power use trends have continued to climb steadily after bottoming out in August. However, this is still low in recent years. It was only better in 2012 than in September (up 2.9 percent from a year earlier) and just above March in 2013 (up 2 percent from a year earlier).
