【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn),加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)提高職業(yè)技術(shù)水平是維持現(xiàn)代企業(yè)健康發(fā)展所必需重視的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),F(xiàn)代企業(yè)在追求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí),逐漸改善員工的利益以滿足員工的需求,用意留住人才,這就要求員工培訓(xùn)更加有效合理。員工培訓(xùn)已成為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)員工和打造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段,它直接影響到員工的工作績(jī)效并進(jìn)而影響企業(yè)整體實(shí)力,員工培訓(xùn)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)必不可少的一項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。IBM(中國(guó))在中國(guó)有著長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,需要適應(yīng)不同的內(nèi)外部變化,員工培訓(xùn)在這過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。完善的員工培訓(xùn)體系和策略可以幫助IBM(中國(guó))更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)其發(fā)展目標(biāo),使企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文通過(guò)查閱各種期刊以及國(guó)內(nèi)外著名的書籍,以及親身實(shí)踐,從理論知識(shí)入手,首先介紹了企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的涵義和相關(guān)理論;其次,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,通過(guò)分析IBM(中國(guó))的現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)的項(xiàng)目和方式,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的主要問(wèn)題,即培訓(xùn)課程滯后于公司發(fā)展,培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì)不符合本土化發(fā)展,培訓(xùn)結(jié)果的評(píng)估環(huán)節(jié)薄弱,措施不當(dāng);再次,通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外同類企業(yè)的成功企業(yè)培訓(xùn)策略,為完善企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)改善策略研究提供啟示;最后,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)的方法將培訓(xùn)與企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合,對(duì)企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)方案進(jìn)行完善和補(bǔ)充,結(jié)合實(shí)際提出了具體的改善思路和遵循的原則,并提出具體的改善對(duì)策,即培訓(xùn)課程采取隨需應(yīng)變的策略,在本土化問(wèn)題上強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新,讓培訓(xùn)結(jié)果反饋到位,同時(shí),檢驗(yàn)了這些具體的改善對(duì)策的效果。 通過(guò)本文的研究,希望能夠?qū)ΜF(xiàn)代企業(yè)的員工培訓(xùn)提供一些借鑒作用,從而改善企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理中存在的問(wèn)題,提高員工的技術(shù)水平,提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, modern enterprises are facing many challenges. Strengthening staff training and improving the level of professional technology is the key link to maintain the healthy development of modern enterprises. In the pursuit of economic benefits, modern enterprises gradually improve the interests of employees to meet the needs of the staff and retain the personnel, which is the requirement of the personnel. The training of workers is more effective and reasonable. Staff training has become an important means of cultivating high quality employees and building core competitiveness. It directly affects the work performance of employees and then affects the overall strength of the enterprise. Staff training is an essential task for modern enterprises,.IBM (China) has a long-term development plan in China. The need to adapt to different internal and external changes, employee training plays an important role in this process. The perfect staff training system and strategy can help IBM (China) achieve its development goals better and make the enterprise advantage in the market competition.
By consulting various periodicals, famous books at home and abroad, and personal practice, starting with theoretical knowledge, this paper first introduces the meaning and related theories of enterprise staff training. Secondly, by analyzing the existing training projects and formulas of IBM (China), the main problems in the training course are found, that is, the training course is stagnant. After the development of the company, the training course design does not conform to the localization development, the evaluation link of the training results is weak and the measures are unsuitable. Again, by drawing on the successful enterprise training strategy of similar enterprises at home and abroad, it provides inspiration for improving the research of enterprise staff training and improvement strategy. Finally, the training and enterprise development strategy are used by the system method. In combination, the training program is perfected and supplemented, and the concrete improvement ideas and principles are put forward in combination with the practice, and the concrete improvement measures are put forward, that is, the training course adopts an on demand strategy, strengthens the innovation on the localization problem, makes the training results back in place, and tests these concrete measures for improvement. Effect.
Through this study, we hope to provide some reference for the training of employees in modern enterprises, so as to improve the existing problems in the management of enterprise training, improve the technical level of the employees, and improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of the enterprises.
