【摘要】：21世紀(jì)世界發(fā)展迅速，各國(guó)科技和社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已趨于白熱化，隨著我國(guó)城市化水平的不斷提高，科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展，，各行各業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)都演變的越來(lái)越激烈，對(duì)于工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域，也變的復(fù)雜多樣。從2003年底樓市的飛速上漲，致使房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)成為熱門行業(yè)，成為老百姓關(guān)注的行業(yè)。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的迅猛增長(zhǎng)，帶動(dòng)了與其相關(guān)的各產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的效益蒸蒸日上，電梯行業(yè)就是其收益者之一。從2010年起奧的斯電梯北京地鐵事故的曝光后，接踵而來(lái)的是各個(gè)廠家電梯事故的相繼曝光。這使人們認(rèn)識(shí)到電梯作為一種載人工具也會(huì)發(fā)生事故，這是大多數(shù)人之前沒有想到的。因此，人們開始關(guān)注電梯，開始關(guān)注電梯事故，國(guó)家同樣加大了對(duì)電梯行業(yè)安全和質(zhì)量的檢查力度。由此，電梯廠家開始加大對(duì)安全、質(zhì)量管理的投資，加大公司內(nèi)部控制的力度。因此，蒂森電梯公司成立了獨(dú)立的安全部門和獨(dú)立的質(zhì)量部門，以加強(qiáng)對(duì)安裝過(guò)程、維保過(guò)程以及整個(gè)公司體系運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正�；目刂�。合理的安全質(zhì)量控制問題要以預(yù)防為主,關(guān)鍵在于思想觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,要將先前只對(duì)安全質(zhì)量問題的事后檢查把關(guān),轉(zhuǎn)向?yàn)閷?duì)安全質(zhì)量的事前預(yù)控、過(guò)程控制中,最后才是事后檢測(cè)。同時(shí)提高項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、維保主管的素質(zhì),也是提高電梯安裝、維保安全質(zhì)量不可忽視的環(huán)節(jié)。本文系統(tǒng)地介紹了蒂森電梯公司安裝部、維保部、質(zhì)量部、安全部各部門對(duì)各階段電梯安全質(zhì)量的控制，以及公司內(nèi)部對(duì)安全環(huán)境健康及質(zhì)量體系的管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world in the 21st century, the competition of science, technology and society has become more and more intense. With the development of urbanization, the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce. For the field of engineering construction, but also become complex and diverse. From the end of 2003, the rapid rise of the real estate industry has made the real estate industry a hot industry and an industry of concern to the common people. With the rapid growth of real estate industry, the benefit of each industry chain is booming, and the elevator industry is one of its beneficiaries. After the Otis Elevator accident in Beijing was exposed in 2010, the elevator accidents of various manufacturers were exposed one after another. It makes people realize that elevators can also happen as a manned vehicle, something most people never thought of before. Therefore, people began to pay attention to elevators, elevator accidents, the country also increased the elevator industry safety and quality inspection. As a result, elevator manufacturers began to increase investment in safety, quality management and internal control. As a result, Tyson Elevator has established an independent security department and an independent quality department to strengthen control over the installation process, the maintenance process, and the normalization of the operation of the entire company system. The key to reasonable safety quality control should be prevention, the key lies in the change of ideology and concept. We should turn the check and check on the safety quality only to the pre-control of the safety quality in advance, and in the process control. Last but not least, hindsight. At the same time, improving the quality of project manager and maintenance supervisor is also the key to improve elevator installation and safety quality. This paper systematically introduces the installation department, maintenance department, quality department and security department of Tison Elevator Company to control the elevator safety quality in each stage, as well as the management of safety environment, health and quality system inside the company.
