【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),電力建設(shè)企業(yè)為謀求發(fā)展而實(shí)施走出去戰(zhàn)略,從國(guó)際上承包EPC項(xiàng)目。在EPC項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中,電站所需的設(shè)備主要是從項(xiàng)目所在國(guó)以外的國(guó)家采購(gòu),然后發(fā)運(yùn)到項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。做好設(shè)備的采購(gòu)、發(fā)運(yùn)、保管和索賠工作,是實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化必不可少的工作。本文從總承包商的角度,對(duì)國(guó)際電站EPC項(xiàng)目設(shè)備的全過(guò)程管理進(jìn)行研究。論文以印度JHARSUGUDA4*600MW項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,講述了EPC項(xiàng)目設(shè)備管理控制系統(tǒng)的影響因素,以及EPC項(xiàng)目設(shè)備管理控制系統(tǒng)的組織體系、設(shè)備管理流程和目標(biāo)管理、范圍管理、人力資源管理、招標(biāo)管理、合同管理、供應(yīng)商管理、監(jiān)造催交管理、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)管理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、索賠管理等EPC設(shè)備管理的主要內(nèi)容。論文介紹了EPC設(shè)備管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,成功的將信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化技術(shù)應(yīng)用于EPC項(xiàng)目的設(shè)備管理,將復(fù)雜的EPC項(xiàng)目設(shè)備管理簡(jiǎn)單化,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息的快速共享,便于積累和管理,避免了人工統(tǒng)計(jì)工作量大、容易出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò),提高了工作效率。本論文從本人的工作經(jīng)歷中積累了大量的資料、力求科學(xué),為同行業(yè)提供一些借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, electric power construction enterprises implement the strategy of going out for development and contract EPC projects from the international level. In the construction of EPC project, the equipment needed for the power station is mainly purchased from the country outside the country of the project and then shipped to the project site. Good equipment procurement, shipping, custody and claims is essential to maximize profits. In this paper, the whole process management of EPC equipment in international power station is studied from the point of view of general contractor. Taking JHARSUGUDA460MW project of India as an example, the paper describes the influencing factors of EPC project equipment management and control system, as well as the organization system, equipment management process and objective management, scope management, human resource management of EPC project equipment management control system. Main contents of EPC equipment management, such as bidding management, contract management, supplier management, supervision and delivery management, storage and transportation management, site management, claim management, etc. This paper introduces the application of EPC equipment management information system, successfully applies the information network technology to the equipment management of EPC project, simplifies the complex EPC project equipment management, realizes the information sharing quickly, and facilitates the accumulation and management. It avoids the heavy workload of manual statistics, easy to make mistakes, and improves the working efficiency. This paper accumulates a great deal of data from my work experience and tries hard to provide some reference and inspiration for the same industry.
