【摘要】：摘要：近年來(lái),我國(guó)汽車、家電、建筑行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)迅速,為鋼鐵工業(yè)發(fā)展提供了廣闊的市場(chǎng)空間。BGNT公司作為我國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)的主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者,為積極參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),既要抓住市場(chǎng)投資機(jī)遇,擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)；同時(shí)又要降低或規(guī)避投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益目標(biāo),促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)公司技改項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析和評(píng)價(jià),是企業(yè)投資活動(dòng)的重要組成部分,也是提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要保證。 本文從投資主體的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)理論、項(xiàng)目管理理論、項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析理論和項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用收益理論,對(duì)BGNT公司高強(qiáng)度油回火彈簧鋼絲產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)條件、建設(shè)條件、技術(shù)條件、項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目的籌資和投資情況進(jìn)行了分析,得出初步的項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論,進(jìn)而運(yùn)用盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析對(duì)高強(qiáng)度油回火彈簧鋼絲產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了定量分析,在此基礎(chǔ)之上對(duì)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了定性分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。結(jié)論表明,BGNT公司高強(qiáng)度油回火彈簧鋼絲產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目具有技術(shù)可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性,從而提高公司投資決策的科學(xué)性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, China's automobile, household electrical appliances and construction industry have grown rapidly, providing a broad market space for the development of the steel industry..BGNT company is the main competitor of the steel industry in our country. In order to actively participate in the market competition, we should seize the opportunity of market investment and expand the production of products; at the same time, we should reduce or evade the investment risk and realize the enterprise. The economic benefit target of the industry promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of the economic benefit of the company's technical reform project is an important part of the enterprise investment activities, and is also an important guarantee for improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
From the angle of the investment subject, the economic benefit of the high strength oil tempering spring steel wire product line project of BGNT company is systematically studied by using the theory of project economic benefit evaluation, the project management theory, the project risk analysis theory and the project cost income theory, and the production conditions, construction conditions and technical conditions of the project are also studied. The financial indicators related to the project, the financing and investment of the project are analyzed, and the preliminary conclusion of the project financial evaluation is obtained. Then the risk of the high strength oil backfire spring steel wire product line project is quantitatively analyzed by the profit and loss balance analysis and sensitivity analysis. On this basis, the risk of the project is qualitatively analyzed. The analysis and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The conclusion shows that the project of high strength oil tempering spring steel wire product line of BGNT company has technical feasibility and economic rationality, thus improving the scientificity and maneuverability of the company's investment decision.
