【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)高速和持續(xù)的增長(zhǎng),工業(yè)化和城市化的加速推進(jìn)將極大的擴(kuò)大電力需求,從而帶動(dòng)電力行業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展國(guó)家出臺(tái)政策推動(dòng)農(nóng)村城市化進(jìn)程,現(xiàn)代都市的不斷拓展,人們對(duì)社會(huì)生活品質(zhì)要求的不斷提高,城市生活的節(jié)奏越來(lái)越快,促使配用電市場(chǎng)不斷擴(kuò)大,并且用戶(hù)對(duì)配用電的“智能化”要求也越來(lái)越高。許繼集團(tuán)作為電力裝備行業(yè)的主力軍,在行業(yè)中可以發(fā)揮重要作用。 許繼智能控制技術(shù)有限公司在配用電行業(yè)中快速的崛起和發(fā)展,但面對(duì)外部宏觀(guān)環(huán)境的瞬息變化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的迫切跟進(jìn),公司正處在發(fā)展過(guò)程中的重要拐點(diǎn)。公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、資本運(yùn)作管理和企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等方面存在著問(wèn)題和差距。為了公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定及實(shí)施已迫在眉睫。 本文以許繼智能控制技術(shù)有限公司為論文研究對(duì)象。結(jié)合該公司的實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,對(duì)公司的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進(jìn)行全面、科學(xué)的解析與規(guī)劃。運(yùn)用理論分析工具對(duì)該公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,依據(jù)對(duì)該公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析結(jié)果,制定出來(lái)切實(shí)可行的戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,:產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略和公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施旨在推動(dòng)公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,避免公司泯滅在市場(chǎng)的洪流中。公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施一是為了提升公司的形象和運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,二是為了提升公司的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī),為公司做大做強(qiáng)而努力。最后,針對(duì)戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃實(shí)施過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出了相應(yīng)的規(guī)避措施。 結(jié)合企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)戰(zhàn)研究,一方面檢驗(yàn)了在校學(xué)習(xí)的理論,另一方面也可以論證理論。以理論為基礎(chǔ)制定的公司戰(zhàn)略有利于公司長(zhǎng)期、有效地發(fā)展,科學(xué)并快速的實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī);瘮U(kuò)張。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and sustained growth of China's national economy, the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization will greatly expand the demand for electricity, thus driving the sustainable development of the power industry, the country issued policies to promote the process of urbanization in rural areas. With the development of modern cities and the improvement of the quality of social life, the pace of urban life is getting faster and faster, which promotes the expansion of distribution market, and the demand of "intelligence" for power distribution is becoming more and more high. As the main force of the electric power equipment industry, Xuji Group can play an important role in the industry. Xu Ji Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. has a rapid rise and development in the distribution industry, but in the face of the rapid changes of external macro environment and the urgent follow-up of competitors, the company is at an important inflection point in the process of development. There are some problems and gaps in management, capital operation and sustainable development strategy. For the sustainable development of the company, the formulation and implementation of strategic planning is imminent. This paper takes Xu Ji Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd as the research object. Combined with the actual operating situation of the company, the present situation and development of the company are comprehensively and scientifically analyzed and planned. This paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the company by using theoretical analysis tools. According to the results of the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, a feasible strategic plan is worked out: product competition strategy and company development strategy. The formulation and implementation of product competition strategy aims at promoting the sustainable development of the company and avoiding the company from dying in the current of the market. The formulation and implementation of the company's development strategy is to enhance the company's image and operational ability, and to improve the company's sales performance, and to make efforts for the company to become bigger and stronger. Finally, in view of the possible risks in the implementation of the strategic plan, the corresponding evading measures are put forward. On the one hand, the theory of school study is tested, on the other hand, the theory can also be demonstrated. The company strategy based on theory is conducive to the long-term, effective development of the company, scientific and rapid implementation of large-scale expansion.
