【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟一體化的背景下,國內(nèi)企業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,加強企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理正在成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)求生存謀發(fā)展的重要途徑。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決定著企業(yè)在市場環(huán)境中的位置和生存狀態(tài),清晰而科學(xué)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是確保企業(yè)正常發(fā)展的重要前提。GY公司是遼河油田下屬的存續(xù)企業(yè),長期以來,GY公司的發(fā)展一直依賴于遼河石油主業(yè),參與市場競爭程度較低,片面強調(diào)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成和當(dāng)前利益,公司的長遠發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略沒有得到足夠重視。然而隨著國有企業(yè)的改革進一步深入,與油田的存續(xù)關(guān)系一旦斷開,存續(xù)企業(yè)將完全置身于市場之中。面對復(fù)雜多變的市場環(huán)境,如何能夠抓住機遇、排除危機,如何在市場經(jīng)濟中謀求一條生存和發(fā)展之路將成為廣源公司下一階段發(fā)展的重中之重。因此,本文的出發(fā)點就是這個新時期GY公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題。本文整體上采取了理論研究和企業(yè)實際相互結(jié)合的研究和分析方法,在對GY公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件深入分析、研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運用SWOT分析法識別出GY公司所面臨的外部機會與威脅、內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢與劣勢,進一步運用綜合分析的方法對機會與威脅、優(yōu)勢與劣勢進行分析和相互匹配,然后對各種戰(zhàn)略選擇方案進行分析評價,最終確定GY公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標及定位,同時提出具體的建議戰(zhàn)略實施方案和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global economic integration, the competition of domestic enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Strengthening the strategic management of enterprises is becoming an important way for modern enterprises to survive and develop. Enterprise strategy determines the position and survival state of the enterprise in the market environment. A clear and scientific development strategy is an important prerequisite to ensure the normal development of the enterprise .GY Company is the surviving enterprise of Liaohe Oilfield. For a long time, the development of GY Company has been dependent on the main industry of Liaohe oil, and its participation in market competition is relatively low. It emphasizes the completion of production task and the current interests, and the long-term development strategy of the company has not been paid enough attention to. However, with the further reform of state-owned enterprises, once the relationship with the oil field is broken, the surviving enterprises will be completely in the market. In the face of the complex and changeable market environment, how to seize the opportunity, eliminate the crisis, and how to seek a way of survival and development in the market economy will become the most important part of the next stage of the development of Guangyuan Company. Therefore, the starting point of this article is the development strategy of GY Company in this new period. This paper has adopted the research and analysis method of combining the theory research with the practice of the enterprise as a whole. On the basis of the deep analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of GY Company, Using SWOT analysis method to identify the external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknesses faced by the company, and further use the method of comprehensive analysis of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses to analyze and match each other. Then it analyzes and evaluates the various strategic options, and finally determines the strategic objectives and positioning of the development of GY Company, and puts forward specific suggestions for the implementation of the strategy and the safeguard measures.
