【摘要】：相對于傳統(tǒng)能源,考慮環(huán)境收益和成本問題,可再生能源有著不可比擬的優(yōu)勢,而太陽能資源可開發(fā)潛力是所有可再生能源中最高的。本文聚焦于研究光伏產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)現(xiàn)在優(yōu)勢明顯的同時,出現(xiàn)了技術(shù)和銷售"兩頭在外"的情況,同時生產(chǎn)成本過高阻礙了國內(nèi)市場的應(yīng)用,光伏發(fā)電的并網(wǎng)定價成為了解決問題的關(guān)鍵�；陔娋W(wǎng)和發(fā)電企業(yè)收益最大化的雙邊交易計劃優(yōu)化模型、動態(tài)規(guī)劃算法、發(fā)電總量目標(biāo)分解方法、對策博弈模型、基于邊際機會成本的自然資源定價的理論框架等均引入了并網(wǎng)定價機制研究中;對策分析中,認(rèn)為分區(qū)標(biāo)桿定價模式較適宜引入光伏產(chǎn)業(yè),并提出由于外部性問題,需要采取行政干預(yù)措施,以彌補市場失靈。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional energy, renewable energy has unparalleled advantages in terms of environmental benefits and costs, while solar energy has the highest exploitable potential of all renewable energy sources. This paper focuses on the study of photovoltaic industry, and finds that while the advantages are obvious, there is a situation where technology and sales are "both in the outside", and the high production cost hinders the application of the domestic market. Grid-connected pricing of photovoltaic power generation has become the key to solve the problem. The optimization model of bilateral transaction plan based on maximizing the income of power grid and power generation enterprise, the dynamic programming algorithm, the method of total power generation target decomposition, the game model of game, The theoretical framework of natural resource pricing based on marginal opportunity cost has been introduced into the study of grid-connected pricing mechanism. Administrative intervention is needed to compensate for market failures.
