【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,醫(yī)藥行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中顧客對醫(yī)藥品配送服務(wù)水平的要求越來越高,醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)也必須不斷改善才能迎合人們的需要。在醫(yī)改的背景下,國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)的整合不斷提速,醫(yī)藥流通體制得到了很大的改善,使得我國的醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)得到很大的發(fā)展。但目前很多物流企業(yè)還處于擴大規(guī)模的外延式發(fā)展階段,仍然存在諸多如物流設(shè)施陳舊、管理和技術(shù)方法落后、各環(huán)節(jié)信息不符等方面的問題,很大程度的造成了藥品價格的虛漲和醫(yī)藥商品配送效率低下,只有盡快進(jìn)入到以技術(shù)和管理為關(guān)鍵的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展階段,大幅度提高物流的專業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化和社會化水平,建立快捷、高效、安全、方便并且有國際競爭力的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥物流服務(wù)體系,醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)才能持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展。 論文主要是對醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心進(jìn)行研究。醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心作為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥物流的核心內(nèi)容,涉及醫(yī)藥品供應(yīng)、交通、低溫處理、加工、配送、分撥、信息處理等全過程全系統(tǒng)的服務(wù),合理構(gòu)建醫(yī)藥物流中心有利于提高醫(yī)藥物流效率、降低成本、提升醫(yī)藥物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量,具有十分重要的意義。 本文主要是通過對醫(yī)藥物流和物流中心各方面理論知識的研究,確定醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心的功能定位和運作特點,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析物流中心作業(yè)流程,對其進(jìn)行功能區(qū)劃分,利用綜合相關(guān)性分析測定各功能作業(yè)區(qū)間的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,然后運用圖形構(gòu)建法得出物流中心的初始布局方案,利用醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心的作業(yè)流程動線分析來優(yōu)化布局,得到醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心的最佳布局方案。另外論文通過對醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心信息平臺需要實現(xiàn)的功能進(jìn)行分析,對物流中心信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,利用七大管理模塊的構(gòu)建來完成醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心信息平臺框架的設(shè)計,最后進(jìn)行部分功能模塊的實現(xiàn)。通過對醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流中心進(jìn)行布局規(guī)劃和信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,本文旨在為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥物流中心的構(gòu)建提供一定的參考和借鑒,使醫(yī)藥物流中心擁有現(xiàn)代化的先進(jìn)物流技術(shù)和完善的信息系統(tǒng),以期能更好的整合醫(yī)藥物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),共享各醫(yī)藥批發(fā)、零售企業(yè)的醫(yī)藥物流信息,充分發(fā)揮醫(yī)藥批發(fā)企業(yè)的整體優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)醫(yī)藥流通的合理化和資源配制的最優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, customers in the field of pharmaceutical industry have higher and higher demands on the service level of medical drug distribution, and the pharmaceutical logistics industry must be improved to meet the needs of people. Under the background of medical reform, the integration of domestic pharmaceutical logistics industry has been accelerated, the pharmaceutical circulation system has been greatly improved, and the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in China have been greatly developed. However, at present, many logistics enterprises are still in the extension development stage of expanding scale, and there are still many problems such as outdated logistics facilities, backward management and technical methods, unconformity of information in various links, and so on. To a large extent, this has resulted in a virtual rise in drug prices and low efficiency in the distribution of pharmaceutical commodities. Only by entering the stage of inclusive development with technology and management as the key as soon as possible, can the level of specialization, modernization and socialization of logistics be greatly improved. Only by establishing a fast, efficient, safe, convenient and internationally competitive modern pharmaceutical logistics service system, the pharmaceutical logistics industry can continue to develop healthily. This paper mainly studies the cold chain logistics center of medicine. As the core content of modern medicine logistics, the cold chain logistics center of medicine involves the whole system service such as medicine supply, transportation, low temperature treatment, processing, distribution, information processing and so on. The rational construction of pharmaceutical logistics center is of great significance to improve the efficiency of medical logistics, reduce the cost and improve the service quality of pharmaceutical logistics. Based on the study of the theoretical knowledge of medicine logistics and logistics center, this paper determines the function orientation and operation characteristics of the medicine cold chain logistics center. On this basis, it analyzes the operation process of the logistics center, and divides the function area of the logistics center. Using the comprehensive correlation analysis to determine the correlation degree of each functional operation interval, then using the graphic construction method to obtain the initial layout of the logistics center, and to optimize the layout by using the dynamic line analysis of the operation flow of the medical cold chain logistics center. Get the best layout of cold chain logistics center. In addition, through the analysis of the function of the information platform of the medicine cold chain logistics center, the information system of the logistics center is designed, and the information platform framework of the medicine cold chain logistics center is designed by the construction of seven management modules. Finally, some functional modules are implemented. Through the layout planning and information system design of medicine cold chain logistics center, this paper aims to provide certain reference and reference for the construction of modern medicine logistics center. The pharmaceutical logistics center has modern advanced logistics technology and perfect information system, in order to better integrate the pharmaceutical logistics network and share the pharmaceutical logistics information of all pharmaceutical wholesale and retail enterprises. Give full play to the overall advantages of pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises to achieve the rationalization of pharmaceutical circulation and optimization of resource allocation.
