【摘要】:創(chuàng)新已成為我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要推動(dòng)因素。汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新需要企業(yè)、政府以及其它各行業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的協(xié)同作用。基于產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)視角研究我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制及過(guò)程,深入挖掘汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)理,具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 從掌握的文獻(xiàn)來(lái)看,目前關(guān)于中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制和創(chuàng)新過(guò)程的研究還不夠系統(tǒng),不夠全面,尤其針對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程的研究比較匱乏。多數(shù)是從企業(yè)的角度,以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為主進(jìn)行研究。而從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面,基于創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)角度對(duì)中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究的文章還十分匱乏。本文研究成果豐富了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新理論,同時(shí)也有助于我國(guó)在國(guó)家層面上構(gòu)建利于創(chuàng)新能力成長(zhǎng)的汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),,提升我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文以Marlerba產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研與專家訪談,建立了我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制和創(chuàng)新過(guò)程對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力影響的理論模型。將創(chuàng)新機(jī)制分為動(dòng)力機(jī)制、管理機(jī)制和學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制三個(gè)部分;將創(chuàng)新過(guò)程分為積累過(guò)程、轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程和擴(kuò)散過(guò)程三個(gè)階段。在理論基礎(chǔ)上,論文針對(duì)理論模型提出了16條理論假設(shè),并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研、結(jié)構(gòu)方程數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法對(duì)理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),最終得出了若干結(jié)論。 研究結(jié)果顯示:在創(chuàng)新機(jī)制方面,動(dòng)力機(jī)制是刺激產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入的最主要、最直接力量;管理機(jī)制在創(chuàng)新投入能力、組織聯(lián)結(jié)能力、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出能力多個(gè)方面影響產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新,是推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新最主要的支撐力量;學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制是長(zhǎng)期過(guò)程,可以從本質(zhì)上促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新投入。在創(chuàng)新過(guò)程方面,積累過(guò)程促使產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)外的有效組織和聯(lián)結(jié);轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程是產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的核心,需要較高的投入,更是高的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的必要條件。在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文分別從創(chuàng)新機(jī)制和創(chuàng)新過(guò)程的角度對(duì)我國(guó)構(gòu)建健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Innovation has become the main driving factor of the sustainable development of automobile industry in China. The innovation of automobile industry needs the cooperation of enterprises, government and other industry organizations. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the innovation mechanism and process of China's automobile industry from the perspective of industrial innovation system and to dig into the innovation mechanism of automobile industry. From the literature, the current research on the innovation mechanism and innovation process of China's automobile industry is not systematic and comprehensive enough, especially for the industrial innovation process research is relatively scarce. The majority is from the enterprise angle, mainly carries on the research to the technology innovation. From the industrial level, the empirical research on China's automobile industry based on innovation system is still very scarce. The research results of this paper enrich the theory of industrial innovation, and also help our country to construct the innovation system of automobile industry which is conducive to the growth of innovation ability, and to enhance the international competitiveness of China's automobile industry. Based on the theory of Marlerba industrial innovation system, this paper establishes a theoretical model of the influence of innovation mechanism and process on the innovation ability of China's automobile industry. The innovation mechanism is divided into three parts: the dynamic mechanism, the management mechanism and the learning mechanism, and the innovation process is divided into three stages: the accumulation process, the transformation process and the diffusion process. On the basis of the theory, the paper puts forward 16 theoretical hypotheses in view of the theoretical model, and through the questionnaire investigation, the structural equation mathematical statistics method carries on the empirical test to the theoretical hypothesis, finally draws some conclusions. The results show that: in the aspect of innovation mechanism, dynamic mechanism is the most important and direct force to stimulate industrial innovation input, and management mechanism affects industrial innovation in many aspects, such as innovation input ability, organization connection ability, innovation output ability, etc. Learning mechanism is a long-term process and can promote innovation investment in essence. In the innovation process, the accumulation process promotes the effective organization and connection inside and outside the industry, and the transformation process is the core of the industrial innovation, which needs higher input and is the necessary condition for the high innovation output. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the construction of a healthy and sustainable automobile industry innovation system in China from the perspective of innovation mechanism and innovation process.
