制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用評價研究

【摘要】:我國自1978年實行改革開放30多年以來社會經(jīng)濟得到了巨大的發(fā)展,但隨著計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的不斷深入,企業(yè)的質(zhì)量失信行為也不斷暴露出來,當(dāng)前市我國市場上仍然存在大量的企業(yè)質(zhì)量失信行為,這些行為不僅會損害消費者和企業(yè)的切身利益,而且會在社會和行業(yè)中造成信用危機,增加交易成本,嚴重阻礙市場經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展。更嚴重的,甚至?xí)䲟p害到整個中國企業(yè)在國際競爭中的聲譽,危害重大。這種情況下探析企業(yè)失信行為,對企業(yè)的質(zhì)量行為和質(zhì)量信用進行跟蹤和評價就具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 為此,本文結(jié)合國家863重大項目:面向集團企業(yè)和中小企業(yè)的云制造服務(wù)平臺關(guān)鍵技術(shù)(2011AA040601),對制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用評價進行了理論分析、評價機制設(shè)計、評價體系構(gòu)建,并研究了在Web2.0環(huán)境下的進行質(zhì)量信用評價的優(yōu)勢和可行性。 第一章闡述了制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用評價的研究背景和意義,回顧了信用評級的發(fā)展歷史和相關(guān)理論研究成果以及當(dāng)前我國質(zhì)量信用建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,對論文的主要內(nèi)容和總體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了介紹。 第二章根據(jù)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的特點建立了制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用信息傳遞模型,將質(zhì)量信用傳遞模型和聲譽模型進行了比較分析,通過對模型的理論研究提出了質(zhì)量信用評價的約束條件,并研究了將web2.0思想運用于質(zhì)量信用評價的可行性和意義。 第三章對當(dāng)前我國質(zhì)量監(jiān)管及質(zhì)量信用評級現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,運用第二章提出的約束條件解釋了為什么當(dāng)前幾種與質(zhì)量相關(guān)的信用評價效果均不太理想,以此為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計了本文的信用評價機制,制定了詳細的評價指標(biāo)。最后研究了在評價機制中各參與者的激勵問題。 第四章在評價體系基礎(chǔ)上對評價指標(biāo)進行了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,給出了計算步驟,制定了具體的失信降級守信升級處理辦法,最后給出了演算實例。 第五章基于上文的評價體系構(gòu)建和評價算法,結(jié)合寧波模具企業(yè)的實際需求,運用web2.0思想開發(fā)了制造企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用管理系統(tǒng)原型。系統(tǒng)主要包括企業(yè)資質(zhì)認證、基本信用評價、交易記錄管理及投訴,企業(yè)質(zhì)量信用信息查詢等功能模塊。企業(yè)用戶可以通過系統(tǒng)積累自己良好的質(zhì)量信用記錄提供給潛在用戶供用戶參考,同時也能將自己遇到的和搜集到的其他企業(yè)質(zhì)量失信行為信息進行舉報,共同完成對企業(yè)的質(zhì)量信用評價和監(jiān)督,凈化市場競爭環(huán)境。 第六章對論文研究的主要工作進行了總結(jié),討論了論文中有待完善的地方,提出了今后繼續(xù)深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Since China implemented the reform and opening up in 1978 for more than 30 years, the social economy has been greatly developed. However, with the continuous deepening of the planned economy to the market economy, the quality of the enterprise's quality of dishonesty has been exposed. There are still a large number of enterprises' quality of dishonesty in the market of our country, which will not only harm the consumers. And the vital interests of the enterprise and the credit crisis in the society and the industry, increase the transaction cost, seriously impede the healthy development of the market economy. More serious, even damage the reputation of the whole Chinese enterprise in the international competition. In this case, it analyses the behavior of enterprise's dishonesty and the quality behavior and quality letter of the enterprise. It is of great practical significance to track and evaluate.
Therefore, this paper combines the key national 863 Project: the key technology of cloud manufacturing service platform for group enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (2011AA040601), carries out a theoretical analysis on the quality credit evaluation of manufacturing enterprises, the design of evaluation mechanism, the construction of evaluation system, and studies the advantages and feasibility of quality credit evaluation under the environment of Web2.0.
The first chapter expounds the research background and significance of the quality credit evaluation of the manufacturing enterprises, reviews the development history of the credit rating and the relevant theoretical research results, as well as the current situation of our country's quality and credit construction, and introduces the main content and the overall structure of the paper.
The second chapter establishes the quality credit information transfer model of manufacturing enterprises according to the characteristics of industrial products, compares the quality credit transfer model with the reputation model, and puts forward the constraints of the quality credit evaluation by the theoretical research of the model, and studies the feasibility and intention of applying the Web2.0 thinking to the quality credit evaluation. Righteousness.
The third chapter analyzes the current situation of quality supervision and quality credit rating in China, and explains why some of the current quality related credit evaluation results are not ideal by using the constraints proposed in the second chapter. Based on this, the credit evaluation mechanism of this paper is designed and detailed evaluation indexes are formulated. Finally, the study is made. The incentive problem of each participant in the evaluation mechanism.
In the fourth chapter, the evaluation index is standardized on the basis of the evaluation system, the calculation steps are given, and a concrete way to deal with the escalation of trustworthiness and demotion is made, and an example is given at the end.
The fifth chapter based on the above evaluation system construction and evaluation algorithm, combined with the actual needs of the Ningbo mould enterprise, developed the prototype of the quality credit management system of manufacturing enterprise by using Web2.0 thought. The system mainly includes the function module of enterprise qualification authentication, basic credit evaluation, transaction record management and complaint, and enterprise quality credit information query. The enterprise users can accumulate their good quality credit records through the system to provide the potential users for reference. At the same time, they can report the information of other enterprises' quality credit loss they have encountered and collect, and jointly complete the quality credit evaluation and supervision of the enterprise, and purify the market competition environment.
The sixth chapter summarizes the main work of the thesis, discusses the areas to be improved, and puts forward the direction for further research in the future.
