【摘要】：開展資源綜合利用是我國的一項(xiàng)重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,也是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略方針,熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目非常符合國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,吻合長遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略方針,對于節(jié)約資源,改善環(huán)境,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要意義。 近年來,隨著部分地區(qū)的電力緊張的時(shí)有發(fā)生情況,一些企業(yè)思考如何解決自身電力緊張的問題,于是企業(yè)內(nèi)部發(fā)展自備熱電廠成為一個(gè)適合的選擇。 企業(yè)內(nèi)部興建熱電廠,需要政府的大力支持,需要國家電網(wǎng)的允許。同時(shí)需要大量資金,需要在企業(yè)內(nèi)部修建自身的電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),同時(shí)這些系統(tǒng)又跟國家電網(wǎng)處于并列狀態(tài),當(dāng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部自身的電網(wǎng)出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),需要國家電網(wǎng)內(nèi)的電力進(jìn)行反受電,這些經(jīng)歷跟操作都需要大量的實(shí)際工作積累。 DLXZ熱力有限公司就是在這種大背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。它跟一般的熱電廠還有一點(diǎn)區(qū)別,就是脫網(wǎng)運(yùn)行。企業(yè)內(nèi)部的電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)在正常情況下屬于獨(dú)立分離狀態(tài),這種企業(yè)在中國相對較少,事故案例,生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)就更是稀缺。本文主要通過介紹DLXZ熱力有限公司的生產(chǎn)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),闡述脫網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的生產(chǎn)狀態(tài),著重突出企業(yè)內(nèi)部關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)性的分析和討論,對于相關(guān)類型的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)有借鑒作用,主要闡明汽動(dòng)給水泵和反滲透系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)的積極作用,同時(shí)介紹DLXZ熱力有限公司的運(yùn)行管理模式,由于人員相對較少,對相關(guān)企業(yè)也具有借鑒。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive utilization of resources is a major economic policy in China. It is also a long-term strategic policy for national economy and social development. The cogeneration project is in line with the national economic policy. It is consistent with the long-term strategic policy. It is of great significance to saving resources, improving the environment and raising economic benefits.
In recent years, some enterprises think about how to solve the problem of their own electricity shortage as the electricity is tense in some parts of the region, so the development of the self-made thermal power plant within the enterprise becomes a suitable choice.
The construction of thermal power plant within the enterprise needs the support of the government and the permission of the national grid. At the same time, it needs a large amount of funds and needs to build its own power grid system within the enterprise. At the same time, these systems are in the same state with the national grid. When the internal power grid of the enterprise has a failure, it needs the power in the national grid. Receiving electricity, these experiences and operations require a lot of practical work to accumulate.
DLXZ Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is born under this big background. It is different from the common thermal power plant, that is, the operation. The internal grid system in the enterprise belongs to the independent separation state under normal circumstances. This kind of enterprise is relatively few in China, the accident case, the production data is more scarce. This article mainly introduces the DLX The production related data of Z Thermal Power Co., Ltd., expound the production state of the operation, emphasize the analysis and Discussion on the economy within the enterprise, have a reference for the related types of enterprise production, mainly clarify the active effect of the steam feed pump and reverse osmosis system to the enterprise, and also introduce the operation pipe of the DLXZ thermal limited company. Due to relatively few personnel, the mode of management is also useful for related enterprises.
