【摘要】：IT產(chǎn)業(yè)是全世界也是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,我國的IT產(chǎn)業(yè)極富成長性,并且擁有巨大的潛在市場。IT產(chǎn)品物流是其所從屬的IT產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的組成環(huán)節(jié),更是構(gòu)成商品使用價值的重要環(huán)節(jié)。像其他傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)一樣,良好的物流運作在IT產(chǎn)業(yè)中也能夠發(fā)揮降低采購成本、倉儲成本、銷售成本、提高客戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量和滿意度等作用,缺少了現(xiàn)代化的物流管理,IT企業(yè)的運作就不完整。 庫存與運輸成本是物流總成本組成中所占比例較大的兩個方面,要想降低物流成本,對兩者的研究就十分必要。庫存與運輸密切相關(guān),在庫存成本與運輸成本間存在著效益悖反的關(guān)系,近些年來,越來越多的學(xué)者將兩者放在同一個模型中進行考慮。而VMI模式能夠有效地規(guī)避在庫存和運輸二者間存在的效益悖反效應(yīng),降低供應(yīng)鏈整體的物流成本,提高供應(yīng)鏈效率。 因此,本文在已有的研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,對VMI模式下IT產(chǎn)品的庫存與運輸集成優(yōu)化問題進行討論,在考慮IT產(chǎn)品所具有的特性的基礎(chǔ)上,建立多個供應(yīng)商對多個零售商的集成優(yōu)化模型,并采用Lingo軟件對舉出的實例問題進行求解,模型的目的是要解決如何制定最優(yōu)的庫存補充量和運輸量這一問題,使整個系統(tǒng)的總成本最小。本文旨在為降低IT產(chǎn)品物流成本提供一種解決問題的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:The IT industry is one of the pillar industries in the world and also one of the pillar industries in China's economic development. The IT industry of our country is very rich in growth and has a huge potential market. The IT product logistics is the component link of its subordinate IT product supply chain. It is the important link that constitutes commodity use value. Like other traditional industries, good logistics operations in the IT industry can also play a role in reducing procurement costs, warehousing costs, sales costs, improving customer service quality and satisfaction. The operation of IT enterprises is incomplete without modern logistics management. Inventory and transportation cost are two aspects of the total cost of logistics. In order to reduce the cost of logistics, it is necessary to study them. Inventory is closely related to transportation, and there is a negative relationship between inventory cost and transportation cost. In recent years, more and more scholars put the two in the same model. The VMI model can effectively avoid the adverse benefit effect between inventory and transportation, reduce the overall logistics cost of the supply chain, and improve the efficiency of the supply chain. Therefore, based on the existing research literature, this paper discusses the inventory and transportation integration optimization of IT products in VMI mode, considering the characteristics of IT products. The integrated optimization model of multiple suppliers to multiple retailers is established, and the example problem is solved by Lingo software. The purpose of the model is to solve the problem of how to make the optimal inventory replenishment and transportation volume. Minimize the total cost of the whole system. The purpose of this paper is to provide a way to solve the problem in order to reduce the logistics cost of IT products.
