【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),在國(guó)家大力提倡乳制品消費(fèi),以及我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民越來(lái)越認(rèn)識(shí)到乳制品對(duì)身體健康的有益性、重要性的背景下,我國(guó)的乳制品消費(fèi)水平快速提升,帶動(dòng)了乳品加工企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,乳品加工逐漸成為我國(guó)食品加工業(yè)行業(yè)中的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,乳制品加工企業(yè)的兼并、整合速度加快,乳制品加工企業(yè)集中度不斷地提高,主要乳品加工企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率、產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新和客戶(hù)響應(yīng)能力方面都得到了明顯提升。 過(guò)去幾年,食品安全問(wèn)題尤其是乳制品安全問(wèn)題頻發(fā),暴露出我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)中仍然存在著許多弊端,如奶源質(zhì)量差,摻假摻雜現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)技術(shù)落后和檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不完善、綜合型專(zhuān)業(yè)人才稀缺、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力不足、客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識(shí)薄弱等現(xiàn)象。這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,制約著我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升,造成廣大城鄉(xiāng)居民對(duì)我國(guó)乳品加工企業(yè)喪失信心,使得乳制品中的高端產(chǎn)品幾乎被來(lái)自國(guó)外的品牌壟斷的格局。因此,深化我國(guó)乳制品加工產(chǎn)業(yè)及企業(yè)的改革創(chuàng)新,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)未來(lái)生存和發(fā)展的根本出路。 本文從競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論出發(fā),以企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論為依托,以實(shí)現(xiàn)卓越的效率、卓越的品質(zhì)、卓越的創(chuàng)新能力和卓越的客戶(hù)響應(yīng)為著眼點(diǎn),對(duì)我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入的研究和分析,建立起適用于我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的研究框架,提出了提升我國(guó)乳制品加工企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,創(chuàng)造競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:In the new century, under the background that the country strongly advocates the consumption of dairy products, and the urban and rural residents in our country are more and more aware of the benefits and importance of dairy products to their health, the level of consumption of dairy products in our country is rising rapidly. The dairy processing industry has become an important industry in the food processing industry. With the continuous development of dairy processing enterprises in China, the merger of dairy processing enterprises, the speed of integration, the increasing concentration of dairy processing enterprises, the operational efficiency and product quality of the main dairy processing enterprises, Innovation and customer responsiveness have been significantly improved. In the past few years, food safety problems, especially dairy products, have occurred frequently, exposing that there are still many disadvantages in dairy processing enterprises in China, such as poor milk source quality, serious adulteration and adulteration. Product testing technology is backward and testing standard is not perfect, comprehensive professional talent is scarce, enterprise innovation ability is insufficient, customer service consciousness is weak and so on. These problems have seriously hindered the healthy development of dairy processing enterprises in China, restricted the promotion of competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises in China, and caused the majority of urban and rural residents to lose confidence in dairy processing enterprises in China. The high-end products in dairy products are almost monopolized by foreign brands. Therefore, deepening the reform and innovation of Chinese dairy processing industry and enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is the fundamental way out for the future survival and development of Chinese dairy processing enterprises. Based on the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of competitive advantage, this paper focuses on the realization of superior efficiency, excellent quality, excellent innovation ability and excellent customer response. In this paper, the internal and external environment of dairy processing enterprises in China is deeply studied and analyzed, and the research framework suitable for the promotion of the competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises in China is established, and the competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises in China is put forward. Countermeasures and suggestions for creating competitive advantage.
