【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚作為一種現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中一個(gè)獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)地理現(xiàn)象,國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)踐表明,加快發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下工業(yè)化發(fā)展到一定階段的必然選擇。國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家對(duì)此都進(jìn)行了大量的研究和論證,取得了豐碩的理論成果,集聚理論研究不斷豐富和深入。 鞏義市產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)作為河南省級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)和國(guó)家新型工業(yè)化示范基地,歷經(jīng)十余年的不斷發(fā)展,集聚區(qū)建設(shè)和發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出一派勃勃生機(jī),正在成為強(qiáng)市富市、利民富民的重要推動(dòng)力,承接沿海地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要投資地,推動(dòng)鞏義市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要增長(zhǎng)極和發(fā)展引擎。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)內(nèi)軟硬環(huán)境的日趨完善,形成了鋁精深加工為主導(dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特色,并逐步成為全國(guó)最大的鋁加工產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。鋁加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的品牌影響力和號(hào)召力不斷增強(qiáng),吸引了眾多外地鋁加工企業(yè)相繼落戶鞏義,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平不斷提升,吸納了當(dāng)?shù)卮罅哭r(nóng)村就業(yè)人口,形成了巨大的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。 本文首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚有關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地梳理和歸納,把鞏義市的鋁加工行業(yè)作為研究切入點(diǎn)或者說研究縮影,用產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論的視角對(duì)其做出系統(tǒng)詳盡地研究和分析。主要研究了鞏義市鋁加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展過程中一系列問題,通過分析目前該市鋁加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展特點(diǎn),定量計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng),通過SWOT矩陣分析最優(yōu)發(fā)展策略,試圖解釋該市鋁加工產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的形成機(jī)制、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、影響因素以及存在的不足,最終提出破解對(duì)策、改進(jìn)措施和優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:As a unique economic geographical phenomenon in the process of modern industrialization, industrial agglomeration is an important part of regional economic development strategy. Under the market economy condition, the industrialization develops to the certain stage inevitable choice. Economists both at home and abroad have done a lot of research and argumentation. As a provincial industrial agglomeration area of Henan Province and a national demonstration base of new-type industrialization, the industrial agglomeration area of Gongyi City has been developing continuously for more than a decade. The construction and development of the industrial agglomeration area has shown great vitality and is becoming a strong and prosperous city. The important driving force of benefiting the people and enriching the people is to undertake the important investment place of the industrial transfer in the coastal area and to promote the important growth pole and development engine of the county economy of Gongyi city. With the improvement of the soft and hard environment in the industrial agglomeration area, aluminum intensive processing has become the leading industrial feature, and has gradually become the largest aluminum processing industry base in China. The brand influence and appeal of the aluminum processing industry agglomeration area has been strengthened, which has attracted many foreign aluminum processing enterprises to settle down one after another, the scale of industrial agglomeration has been expanding, and the level of industrial agglomeration has been improved. Absorbed the local large rural employment population, formed the huge scale economy effect. Firstly, this paper systematically combs and induces the theory of industrial agglomeration, taking the aluminum processing industry in Gongyi as the starting point of research or microcosm, and making a systematic and detailed study and analysis on it from the perspective of industrial agglomeration theory. This paper mainly studies a series of problems in the process of development of aluminum processing industry agglomeration in Gongyi City. By analyzing the current development situation, development characteristics, quantitative calculation of industrial agglomeration effect, and analyzing the optimal development strategy by SWOT matrix, this paper analyzes the development of aluminum processing industry agglomeration in Gongyi City. This paper attempts to explain the forming mechanism, development characteristics, influencing factors and shortcomings of the aluminum processing industry agglomeration in the city, and finally puts forward countermeasures, improvement measures and optimization suggestions.
