【摘要】:風能的開發(fā)利用是中國發(fā)電系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障,也是社會各界認可的清潔能源發(fā)展中的重要組成部分。自從2012年以來,部分風電企業(yè)退出風電產(chǎn)業(yè)的消息陸續(xù)傳來。如何實現(xiàn)風電產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提升風電企業(yè)的核心競爭力已經(jīng)到了緊要關頭。當今,世界范圍內企業(yè)之間的競爭歸結于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之間的競爭。而產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈是近幾年發(fā)展起來,是研究宏觀方面的產(chǎn)業(yè)與微觀企業(yè)之間的有效工具?茖W的、合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構是提升企業(yè)核心競爭力和價值鏈增值的最直接的管理方法,是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展根本保證。 中國風電產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過五年的爆發(fā)式發(fā)展已具規(guī);圃炷芰。而且我國風機裝機容量趕超美國,位居世界第一。然而隨之而來的問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。近幾年出現(xiàn)的風機的自主研發(fā)能力弱等管理與技術問題,迫使企業(yè)領導者認識到現(xiàn)有的風電產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構已不能適應當今的風電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。那么如何才能進行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構調整呢?無疑最直接、最有效的途徑就是合理的進行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有效資源整合。適時升級現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構,進行企業(yè)內部的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構升級,對于企業(yè)的持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從國內外產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合理論介紹入手,對我國風電產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的總體特征及上游、中游及下游發(fā)展的概況進行歸納總結,并分析研究了我國風電產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中存在的產(chǎn)能過剩引起供需失衡、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展過于分散、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈高附加值環(huán)節(jié)薄弱、產(chǎn)業(yè)質量問題頻發(fā)等。接著運用PEST分析法從宏觀方面的政策、經(jīng)濟、社會及技術進行研究,然后采用SWOT分析法對微觀層面的許繼風電企業(yè)的現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構進行研究,綜合宏觀與微觀的研究結果,得出我國風電企業(yè)要獲得新的發(fā)展,進行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有效資源整合是必由之路。而且,升級后的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構是提升企業(yè)核心競爭力的最有效的管理方法。隨后,構建我國風電產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟型資源整合模型,并通過許繼的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈資源整合的案例加以佐證。此外,為了全面地論證產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合在企業(yè)發(fā)展進程所起到發(fā)揮的巨大作用,又對風電產(chǎn)業(yè)內領軍的金風科技的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結構的進行了分析。最后,從宏觀、微觀及戰(zhàn)略層面提出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of wind energy is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of power generation system in China, and also an important part of clean energy development recognized by all walks of life. Since 2012, some wind power enterprises out of the wind power industry news came one after another. How to realize the sustainable development of wind power industry, enhance the core competitiveness of wind power enterprises has reached a critical point. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises in the world comes down to the competition between industrial chains. Industrial chain is developed in recent years, and it is an effective tool to study macroscopical industries and micro enterprises. Scientific and reasonable industrial chain structure is the most direct management method to enhance the core competitiveness and value chain value added of enterprises, and it is the fundamental guarantee to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. After five years of explosive development, the wind power industry in China has the ability to manufacture on a large scale. And our country fan installed capacity catch up with the United States, ranked first in the world. However, the following problems also gradually emerged. In recent years, management and technical problems such as weak independent R & D capability of wind turbine have forced enterprise leaders to realize that the existing structure of wind power industry chain can no longer adapt to the current wind power industry development model. So how can we adjust the industrial chain structure? Undoubtedly, the most direct, the most effective way is the rational integration of effective resources in the industrial chain. It is of great practical significance for the sustained and rapid development of enterprises to upgrade the existing industrial chain structure and upgrade the industrial chain structure within the enterprise. Starting with the introduction of industry chain theory and industry chain integration theory at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the general characteristics of wind power industry chain in China and the general situation of upstream, middle and downstream development. It also analyzes and studies the imbalance between supply and demand caused by overcapacity in the industrial chain of wind power industry in China, the development of various links in the industrial chain is too dispersed, the high value-added link of the industrial chain is weak, and the problems of industrial quality occur frequently. Then using pest analysis method from the macro aspects of policy, economy, society and technology to study, and then using SWOT analysis of the micro level of the existing industrial chain structure of Xuji wind power enterprises, comprehensive macro and micro research results, It is concluded that the integration of effective resources in industrial chain is the only way for wind power enterprises in China to obtain new development. Moreover, the upgraded industrial chain structure is the most effective management method to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Then, the model of resource integration of wind power industry strategic alliance is constructed, and proved by Xu Ji's case of industry chain resource integration. In addition, in order to demonstrate the great role of industrial chain integration in the enterprise development process, the structure of the industrial chain of gold wind technology, which is the leader in wind power industry, is analyzed. Finally, from the macro-level, micro-level and strategic level of industrial chain integration security measures.
