【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資活動(dòng)的不斷增多,投資規(guī)模與范圍的不斷擴(kuò)大,選擇何種投資模式進(jìn)入境外市場逐漸成為我國企業(yè)開展跨國投資活動(dòng)時(shí)所要面臨的重要問題,跨國投資決策已成為中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)海外擴(kuò)張進(jìn)程中十分關(guān)鍵的重大戰(zhàn)略決策。 在此背景下,本文從中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的內(nèi)、外部雙重動(dòng)機(jī)的形成和對(duì)外直接投資模式的選擇為研究線索,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資決策的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析。在運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)以往專家、學(xué)者學(xué)術(shù)成果進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用比較分析法研究各種對(duì)外直接投資模式的內(nèi)涵及其優(yōu)劣,運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究法對(duì)我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資模式選擇進(jìn)行研究,找出相關(guān)影響因素并加以分析,隨后提出個(gè)人對(duì)我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資模式選擇以及國際化發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。 對(duì)外直接投資的方式從不同的角度可以有多種分類方式,近年來,綠地投資和跨國并購一直被認(rèn)為是企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的最主要的兩種方式。本文運(yùn)用FDI相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合我國多年跨國投資項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)當(dāng)前制造業(yè)企業(yè)綠地投資和跨國并購的現(xiàn)狀特征及存在問題進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)一步對(duì)我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資決策的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討。并采取“區(qū)位選擇-模式選擇”的兩步法,依次對(duì)影響我國海外投資項(xiàng)目區(qū)位選擇和模式選擇的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,得出的結(jié)論顯示：東道國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度、勞動(dòng)力成本、東道國市場開放程度以及東道國的市場規(guī)模與潛力等因素都會(huì)影響到我國企業(yè)對(duì)外投資的區(qū)位選擇,而企業(yè)對(duì)于市場規(guī)模較大、市場化程度較高、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施情況較好的國家更傾向于選擇跨國并購的投資方式,對(duì)于自然資源稟賦較高、勞動(dòng)力成本較低的國家則更傾向于綠地投資的方式。為了推進(jìn)我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換和技術(shù)升級(jí),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步合理化海外投資區(qū)位與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)安排,鼓勵(lì)跨國企業(yè)針對(duì)不同地區(qū)實(shí)施差異化的投資戰(zhàn)略,選擇最符合企業(yè)經(jīng)營優(yōu)勢(shì)的海外投資戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)跨國企業(yè)在境外的本土化經(jīng)營,以提高我國企業(yè)在國際市場上的競爭力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing of foreign direct investment activities of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the scale and scope of investment have been expanding. Choosing which investment mode to enter the overseas market has gradually become an important problem for Chinese enterprises to carry out transnational investment activities. The decision of transnational investment has become a very important strategic decision in the process of overseas expansion of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Under this background, this paper starts from the current situation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises' outward direct investment, taking the formation of internal and external double motivation and the choice of foreign direct investment mode as the research clue. This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of foreign direct investment (FDI) decision of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of using literature research method to study the academic achievements of past experts and scholars, we use comparative analysis method to study the connotation, advantages and disadvantages of various modes of foreign direct investment. Using the empirical research method to study the choice of foreign investment mode of manufacturing enterprises in China, find out the relevant factors and analyze them. Then, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the choice of foreign direct investment mode and the internationalization development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. In recent years, greenbelt investment and cross-border M & A have been regarded as the most important two ways for enterprises to invest in foreign direct investment. Based on the theory of FDI and the actual data of multi-year transnational investment projects in China, this paper analyzes the current characteristics and existing problems of green land investment and cross-border M & A of manufacturing enterprises in China. The influence mechanism of foreign direct investment (FDI) decision of manufacturing enterprises in China is discussed. By adopting the two-step method of "location choice-mode choice", this paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of location choice and mode selection of overseas investment projects in China. The conclusions are as follows: the degree of economic development of host country, labor cost, etc. The opening degree of the host country market and the market scale and potential of the host country will affect the location choice of our enterprises' outward investment, while the enterprises have a large market scale and a high degree of marketization. Countries with better infrastructure are more likely to opt for cross-border M & as, while countries with higher natural resource endowments and lower labor costs prefer greenfield investments. In order to promote China's industrial structure transformation and technological upgrading, it is necessary to further rationalize the location and industrial structure of overseas investment and encourage multinational enterprises to implement a differentiated investment strategy for different regions. In order to improve the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market, we should choose the most suitable overseas investment strategy and strengthen the local management of multinational enterprises in the international market.
