【摘要】:核安全是核電的生命線,良好的設(shè)備質(zhì)量是保證核安全的重要基礎(chǔ)。核電設(shè)備,特別是擔(dān)負(fù)核安全屏障的重大、長周期設(shè)備一旦失效,將會導(dǎo)致核泄漏事故的發(fā)生,不僅經(jīng)濟(jì)損失嚴(yán)重,而且對環(huán)境和其它生物的危害和影響更是巨大和深遠(yuǎn)的。確保設(shè)備質(zhì)量是實(shí)現(xiàn)“安全第一、質(zhì)量第一”方針最直接的體現(xiàn),同樣也是核電大發(fā)展中我們所面臨的重任和挑戰(zhàn)。 TW核電站是中俄兩國政府合作建設(shè)的最大能源項(xiàng)目,主設(shè)備均從俄羅斯進(jìn)口。有效的設(shè)備監(jiān)造活動是設(shè)備質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),其目的可以預(yù)防和減少設(shè)備制造過程中眾多的質(zhì)量問題,減少質(zhì)量問題發(fā)生概率,對設(shè)備制造過程實(shí)施跟蹤,對最終結(jié)果進(jìn)行確認(rèn),監(jiān)造過程中始終堅(jiān)持設(shè)備質(zhì)量技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對制造過程中影響產(chǎn)品安全性能、技術(shù)性能的重點(diǎn)工藝、重要檢驗(yàn)等實(shí)施重點(diǎn)監(jiān)督,確保設(shè)備的制造質(zhì)量處于可控狀態(tài),進(jìn)而保證工程建設(shè)如期按計(jì)劃推進(jìn),降低工程建設(shè)進(jìn)度滯后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保障核電站投產(chǎn)后安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,降低核電站全壽期內(nèi)的總成本,保證機(jī)組性能負(fù)荷因子的重要手段,在整個(gè)工程建設(shè)過程中起到重要的承上啟下的作用。 本文以TW核電站俄供主設(shè)備監(jiān)造質(zhì)量控制為研究對象,通過對設(shè)備監(jiān)造質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)理論和形成背景的闡述,并結(jié)合監(jiān)造過程中的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對TW核電站俄供設(shè)備監(jiān)造質(zhì)量控制體系的建立進(jìn)行了分析。針對TW核電站一期工程設(shè)備監(jiān)造過程中曾發(fā)現(xiàn)過的主要質(zhì)量問題,在擴(kuò)建工程中有針對性地采取有效的控制措施。
[Abstract]:Nuclear safety is the lifeline of nuclear power, and good equipment quality is the important foundation of nuclear safety. Nuclear power equipment, especially the nuclear safety barrier, will lead to nuclear leakage accident once failure of long period equipment, not only serious economic losses, but also to the environment and other biological harm and impact is great and far-reaching. Ensuring the quality of equipment is the most direct embodiment of the policy of "safety first, quality first". The TW nuclear power plant is the largest energy project to be built by the Chinese and Russian governments, and the main equipment is imported from Russia. Effective equipment monitoring is the key link of equipment quality control. Its purpose is to prevent and reduce many quality problems in the equipment manufacturing process, reduce the probability of quality problems, and track the equipment manufacturing process. To confirm the final results, to adhere to the technical standards of equipment quality throughout the process of supervision, and to exercise key supervision over the key processes and important tests that affect the safety performance, technical performance, and so on of the products during the manufacturing process. To ensure that the manufacturing quality of the equipment is in a controllable state, thereby ensuring that the construction of the project proceeds as planned, reducing the risk of lagging behind the progress of the project, ensuring the safety and stable operation of the nuclear power station after it is put into operation, and reducing the total cost of the nuclear power plant during its lifetime, The important means of ensuring unit performance load factor plays an important role in the whole construction process. This paper takes the quality control of the main equipment of Russia supplied by TW nuclear power station as the research object, through expounding the relevant theory and background of the quality control of the equipment supervision, and combining with the practical experience in the process of supervision. The establishment of quality control system for Russian supply equipment in TW nuclear power station is analyzed. In view of the main quality problems found in the process of equipment supervision in the first phase of TW nuclear power plant, effective control measures are taken in the expansion project.
