【摘要】:21世紀(jì),企業(yè)文化對企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性作用愈顯突出。面臨著醫(yī)藥企業(yè)并購的低效,,醫(yī)藥企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化的理論研究呼之欲出。當(dāng)今對醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化理論的研究著作不僅數(shù)量少,而且雷同過多,對醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)幾乎無指導(dǎo)意義。企業(yè)文化是繼經(jīng)驗管理、科學(xué)管理之后的企業(yè)管理的新境界。越來越多的企業(yè)家認(rèn)識到,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的競爭已經(jīng)深入到了文化層面,文化的競爭是更高的競爭。因此,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)已經(jīng)逐步被眾多有遠(yuǎn)見的企業(yè)列為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和現(xiàn)代科學(xué)管理的重要內(nèi)容。鑒于這種情況,筆者決定選擇醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)作為碩士期間的研究課題。 本文正文共分五部分:第一部分研究和分析了文化、企業(yè)文化、醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化的定義和內(nèi)容,找到了醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化研究的切入點;第二部分在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)理論的指導(dǎo)下,分析了目前國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,并且提出醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的四步驟;第三部分單獨將醫(yī)藥企業(yè)形象戰(zhàn)略實施與企業(yè)家個人能力提煉出來,闡述醫(yī)藥企業(yè)形象基本內(nèi)容以及CIS的導(dǎo)入、設(shè)計和塑造;醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)成功的關(guān)鍵在于參與文化建設(shè)企業(yè)家的個人能力提升,梳理了企業(yè)家與企業(yè)文化的互動關(guān)系;第四部分結(jié)合論文的內(nèi)容對國內(nèi)三家醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析和建議;第五部分學(xué)習(xí)借鑒西方國家先進(jìn)獨特的企業(yè)文化和東方傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)文化的精髓,并給出了醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的建議。本文研究旨在為我國醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供參考。 本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法和理論分析法。文獻(xiàn)研究包括:2002年至2012年中國知網(wǎng)上的460余篇關(guān)于企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的文章,文化、企業(yè)文化和與醫(yī)藥相關(guān)的書籍約七八本。同時查閱了與文章內(nèi)容相關(guān)的網(wǎng)站,并結(jié)合個人對醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的理解,提出了醫(yī)藥企業(yè)文化建設(shè)設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, the strategic role of corporate culture becomes more prominent. In the face of the low efficiency of M & A and the bottleneck of the development of pharmaceutical enterprises, the theoretical study of pharmaceutical corporate culture is on the rise. Nowadays, the research works on the theory of pharmaceutical enterprise culture are not only few in quantity, but also similar to too much, which is of little guiding significance to the construction of pharmaceutical enterprise culture. Enterprise culture is the new realm of enterprise management after experience management and scientific management. More and more entrepreneurs realize that the competition of modern enterprises has reached the level of culture, and the competition of culture is higher. Therefore, strengthening the construction of corporate culture has been gradually listed as an important part of enterprise strategy and modern scientific management by many far-sighted enterprises. In view of this situation, the author decided to choose the medical enterprise culture construction as the research subject during the master's period. The text of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part studies and analyzes the definition and content of culture, corporate culture and pharmaceutical corporate culture, and finds the breakthrough point for the study of pharmaceutical corporate culture; the second part is guided by the theory of corporate culture construction. This paper analyzes the present situation of the cultural construction of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, and puts forward four steps of the cultural construction of the pharmaceutical enterprises. The third part abstracts the implementation of the image strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises and the individual ability of the entrepreneurs. This paper expounds the basic contents of the image of pharmaceutical enterprises and the introduction, design and molding of CIS, the key to the success of the cultural construction of pharmaceutical enterprises lies in the promotion of the individual ability of the entrepreneurs involved in the cultural construction, and combs the interactive relationship between the entrepreneurs and the corporate culture. The fourth part analyzes and suggests the cultural construction of three domestic pharmaceutical enterprises in combination with the contents of the thesis, and the fifth part studies the quintessence of the advanced and unique enterprise culture and the oriental traditional enterprise culture of the western countries. Some suggestions on the cultural construction of pharmaceutical enterprises are also given. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the cultural construction of pharmaceutical enterprises in China. This article mainly adopts the literature research method and the theory analysis method. The literature research includes: from 2002 to 2012, more than 460 articles on corporate culture construction, culture, corporate culture and about 78 books related to medicine. At the same time, the website related to the content of the article is consulted, and combined with the personal understanding of pharmaceutical enterprises, the cultural construction of pharmaceutical enterprises is put forward.
