浙江A原料藥公司出口競爭策略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟迅猛增長和原料藥企業(yè)地不斷努力,近些年我國原料藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,加之中央和各地方政府不斷加強制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的扶持和管理以及外貿(mào)出口的調(diào)節(jié)和維護,我國原料藥制造企業(yè)依托著世界醫(yī)藥市場的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和中國一直以來的低成本優(yōu)勢,2011年我國已然成為原料藥生產(chǎn)和出口的第一大國,中國原料藥企業(yè)在國際上的地位愈加重要。但是全球經(jīng)濟的不穩(wěn)定因素和國家對環(huán)境保護的需求,各種人力成本、原材料成本等的加大,這在一定程度上增加了原料藥制造企業(yè)的出口經(jīng)營負擔。因此對于國內(nèi)的制藥企業(yè)而言,機遇與威脅共存。浙江A原料藥制造公司是浙江省一家中小型原料藥出口企業(yè),將近十年的發(fā)展使其具有了一定的技術(shù)依托和資金依托,但是要想在未來的競爭中獲勝,就必須制定一整套科學有效的出口競爭策略。 本文運用競爭優(yōu)勢理論、核心競爭力等理論,通過對比分析法、SWOT矩陣分析法、圖表分析、輔助數(shù)據(jù)分析、PEST分析等手段,先對世界以及國內(nèi)原料藥市場進行了總結(jié)和展望,然后針對浙江A公司本身的相關(guān)情況,首先通過PEST分析法分析了公司的外部環(huán)境,然后通過SWOT分析,剖析了公司的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,找出了公司的外部威脅和機會,并制訂了公司的未來發(fā)展方向。最后根據(jù)具體情況給出了浙江A公司出口競爭策略。其中包括產(chǎn)品策略、價格策略、信息策略、促銷策略、人才策略等多項具體措施。 本文希望通過浙江A原料藥公司的出口競爭策略研究,一方面給浙江A公司提出一些實質(zhì)性建議,另一方面也希望以浙江A公司為例,給本土的相關(guān)企業(yè)一定的借鑒作用,有助于它們更好更快地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country and the continuous efforts of raw material medicine enterprises, in recent years, China's raw material medicine industry has developed rapidly, in addition to the central and local governments continue to strengthen the support and management of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the regulation and maintenance of foreign trade exports. Based on the industrial transfer of the world pharmaceutical market and the low cost advantage of China, our country has become the largest country in the production and export of API in 2011, and the status of Chinese API enterprises in the world is becoming more and more important. However, the unstable factors of the global economy and the national demand for environmental protection, various labor costs, raw material costs, etc., to a certain extent, increase the export management burden of the pharmaceutical manufacturers. Therefore, for domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, opportunities and threats coexist. Zhejiang A API Manufacturing Company is a small and medium-sized raw drug export enterprise in Zhejiang Province. After nearly a decade of development, it has a certain technical and financial backing, but it wants to win the competition in the future. It is necessary to formulate a set of scientific and effective export competition strategy. By using competitive advantage theory, core competence theory, SWOT matrix analysis, chart analysis, auxiliary data analysis and pest analysis, this paper summarizes and prospects the world and domestic API markets. Then according to the relevant situation of Zhejiang A Company itself, the paper first analyzes the external environment of the company through pest analysis, then analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the company through SWOT analysis, and finds out the external threats and opportunities of the company. And worked out the company's future development direction. Finally, according to the specific situation, the export competition strategy of Zhejiang A Company is given. Including product strategy, price strategy, information strategy, promotion strategy, talent strategy and other specific measures. This article hopes that through the export competition strategy research of Zhejiang A API Company, on the one hand, it will put forward some substantive suggestions to Zhejiang A Company, on the other hand, it also hopes to take Zhejiang A Company as an example to give some reference to local related enterprises. It helps them to develop better and faster.
