【摘要】：當(dāng)今，商品混凝土企業(yè)面臨著巨大的行業(yè)發(fā)展前景，同時(shí)也面對著激烈和殘酷的市場競爭。為求生存和更好的發(fā)展，混凝土攪拌站選址及配送模式優(yōu)化備受關(guān)注。但仍然存在以下三方面的問題：攪拌站選址缺乏科學(xué)的、定量化的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和決策方法；傳統(tǒng)的配送模式配送成本高，利潤較低；混凝土訂單分配不夠優(yōu)化�；诖�，論文提出一種基于配送中心的混凝土集中配送模式，主要解決混凝土攪拌站選址、配送中心選址、訂單分配優(yōu)化三個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。 在混凝土攪拌站選址方面，研究了攪拌站選址評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建以及應(yīng)用模糊層次分析法（FAHP）進(jìn)行選址的具體過程。首先，通過文獻(xiàn)研究和專家訪談識(shí)別了35個(gè)攪拌站選址的影響因素；然后，通過問卷調(diào)查法，并用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各影響因素的重要性，從而選擇了17個(gè)顯著因素建立了攪拌站選址的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；最后，應(yīng)用FAHP對混凝土攪拌站選址決策進(jìn)行評估，并通過實(shí)證論證了其科學(xué)性和有效性。 在配送中心選址方面，借鑒物流系統(tǒng)中的配送中心理論，提出預(yù)拌混凝土車輛配送中心的概念，進(jìn)而研究了車輛配送中心的選址問題，建立了配送中心選址模型，提出了免疫優(yōu)化算法求解的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程，并通過一個(gè)實(shí)例論證了其可行性和有效性。 在訂單分配優(yōu)化方面，，探索了配送中心訂單收集、分配及優(yōu)化調(diào)度的工作流程，進(jìn)而建立了基于配送中心的混凝土訂單任務(wù)分配模型，研究了遺傳算法求解模型的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程，最后通過實(shí)證論證了其準(zhǔn)確性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。 研究結(jié)果表明，基于配送中心的商品混凝土集中配送模式對于企業(yè)提升生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營效率、降低配送成本、最大化利潤、提升市場競爭力等方面具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，是一種值得借鑒和推廣的混凝土配送模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the commercial concrete enterprises are facing the huge industry development prospect, but also facing the fierce and cruel market competition. In order to survive and develop better, the site selection and distribution mode optimization of concrete mixing station has attracted much attention. However, there are still three problems: lack of scientific and quantitative evaluation criteria and decision methods in mixing plant location; high distribution cost and low profit in traditional distribution mode; inadequate distribution of concrete orders. Based on this, this paper puts forward a concrete centralized distribution model based on distribution center, which mainly solves three key problems: concrete mixing station location, distribution center location and order allocation optimization. In the aspect of site selection of concrete mixing station, the construction of site evaluation index system and the concrete process of location selection by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) are studied. First of all, through literature research and expert interviews to identify 35 mixing station location factors, and then, through the questionnaire survey method, using SPSS statistical analysis of the importance of the factors, Finally, FAHP is used to evaluate the site selection of concrete mixing station, and the scientific and effective results are demonstrated by empirical analysis. In the aspect of distribution center location, referring to the theory of distribution center in logistics system, the concept of vehicle distribution center of ready-mixed concrete is put forward, and then the location problem of vehicle distribution center is studied, and the location model of distribution center is established. The realization process of immune optimization algorithm is presented, and its feasibility and effectiveness are demonstrated by an example. In the aspect of order distribution optimization, the workflow of order collection, distribution and optimal scheduling in distribution center is explored, and then the concrete order task assignment model based on distribution center is established, and the realization process of genetic algorithm solving model is studied. Finally, it proves its accuracy and economy by demonstration. The results show that the centralized distribution model of commodity concrete based on distribution center has important theoretical and practical significance for enterprises to improve production efficiency, reduce distribution costs, maximize profits, enhance market competitiveness, and so on. It is a concrete distribution model that is worth using for reference and popularizing.
