【摘要】:鐵礦產(chǎn)資源是世界上發(fā)現(xiàn)非常早,用途非常廣泛,用量非常多的一種礦產(chǎn)資源,鐵礦產(chǎn)資源的用量在人類使用的金屬礦產(chǎn)資源中占95%以上。鐵礦石作為一種重要的礦產(chǎn)資源,主要用于冶煉生鋼和鐵,還可用于合成氨的催化劑,天然顏料、飼料添加劑和名貴藥石。作為鐵礦石最終產(chǎn)品的鋼鐵是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性資源,,廣泛應(yīng)用于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)部門,是人們使用最廣、用途最多的不可或缺的材料。人們常把一個(gè)國家鋼材的產(chǎn)量、品種、質(zhì)量、消費(fèi)量作為衡量一個(gè)國家工業(yè)和科技發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo)。鐵礦石資源在人類社會(huì)發(fā)展中具有難以替代的重要作用,如何保障鐵礦石資源的安全供給以保障經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定,是一個(gè)急需思考和解決的問題。 本文主要研究我國未來十年的鐵礦石資源需求量,以灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論、BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,需求彈性系數(shù)理論為主要的理論支撐,在查閱了大量的國內(nèi)外有關(guān)鐵礦產(chǎn)資源需求預(yù)測(cè)與安全保障措施文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行深入的分析。界定了礦產(chǎn)資源安全的概念,分析了我國鐵礦石資源的分布和特點(diǎn),研究了我國鐵礦石的開發(fā)利用狀況和我國礦產(chǎn)資源產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題,介紹了鐵礦石需求量預(yù)測(cè)的一些基本理論方法。利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論對(duì)我國的鐵礦石資源需求影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,通過分析得到城市化率是影響我國鐵礦石資源需求的最主要的因素。利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法和需求彈性系數(shù)法對(duì)我國未來十年的鐵礦需求量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),通過預(yù)測(cè)分析得到我國鐵礦石需求量與產(chǎn)量之間存在嚴(yán)重的缺口。為了解決我國鐵礦產(chǎn)資源供需之間的缺口,保障我國鐵礦產(chǎn)資源安全,從國內(nèi)鐵礦資源開發(fā)利用、全球鐵礦資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、國際鐵礦石定價(jià)權(quán)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、海外鐵礦石投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理戰(zhàn)略四個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法和戰(zhàn)略措施。
[Abstract]:Iron mineral resource is a kind of mineral resource which was discovered very early in the world and is widely used. The amount of iron mineral resources accounts for more than 95% of the metal mineral resources used by human beings. As an important mineral resource, iron ore is mainly used to smelt raw steel and iron, and can also be used as catalyst for ammonia synthesis, natural pigment, feed additive and precious stone. Iron and steel, as the final product of iron ore, is the basic resource for the development of the national economy. It is widely used in all sectors of the national economy and is the most widely used and used indispensable material. The output, variety, quality and consumption of steel in a country are often regarded as an important index to measure the development level of industry and science and technology in a country. Iron ore resources play an important role in the development of human society. How to ensure the safe supply of iron ore resources to ensure the stability of economic development is an urgent problem to be considered and solved. This paper mainly studies the demand for iron ore resources in the next ten years in China. The main theoretical support is grey correlation theory and BP neural network theory, and demand elasticity coefficient theory as the main theoretical support. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on iron mineral resources demand prediction and safety measures, this paper makes a deep analysis. This paper defines the concept of mineral resources safety, analyzes the distribution and characteristics of iron ore resources in China, studies the development and utilization of iron ore in China and the problems existing in the mineral resources industry in China. Some basic theories and methods of iron ore demand prediction are introduced. The influence factors of iron ore resource demand in China are analyzed by using grey relation theory. It is concluded that the urbanization rate is the most important factor affecting the iron ore resource demand in China. BP neural network method and demand elasticity coefficient method are used to forecast the iron ore demand in China in the next ten years. The serious gap between the iron ore demand and the output in China is obtained by forecasting and analyzing. In order to solve the gap between supply and demand of iron mineral resources in China and ensure the safety of iron mineral resources in China, the development and utilization of iron ore resources in China, the competition strategy of iron ore resources in the world and the competitive strategy of international iron ore pricing power are discussed. Four aspects of overseas iron ore investment risk management strategy are put forward the corresponding solutions and strategic measures.
