【摘要】：當(dāng)前,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成為擺脫經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)、引領(lǐng)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要選擇。作為創(chuàng)新的主體,企業(yè)已充分認(rèn)識(shí)到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要性,RD投入逐年增加。然而,RD投入的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,使得企業(yè)進(jìn)行融資時(shí)面臨很大的困難。基于此,本文以2007-2011年山東省高新技術(shù)制造企業(yè)為樣本,探討企業(yè)盈利能力、資本結(jié)構(gòu)和RD投入之間的關(guān)系。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,盈利能力和資本結(jié)構(gòu)皆對(duì)企業(yè)RD投入存在重要影響。這些結(jié)論為闡釋技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中籌資、投資和收益分配之間的諸多動(dòng)態(tài)相互關(guān)系,構(gòu)建合理資本結(jié)構(gòu),提升盈利能力提供了參考。
[Abstract]:At present, technological innovation has become an important choice to get rid of the economic crisis and lead the sustainable development of enterprise economy. As the main body of innovation, enterprises have fully recognized the importance of technological innovation and R D investment has increased year by year. However, the high risk of R D investment makes enterprises face great difficulties in financing. Based on this, this paper discusses the relationship among profitability, capital structure and R D investment of high-tech manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province from 2007 to 2011. The empirical results show that both profitability and capital structure have an important impact on R D investment. These conclusions provide a reference for explaining the dynamic interrelationships among financing, investment and income distribution, constructing reasonable capital structure and enhancing profitability in the process of technological innovation.
