【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化發(fā)展,制造企業(yè)正面臨著更加復(fù)雜多變的競爭環(huán)境。提高自身的生產(chǎn)管理與控制能力,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的“保質(zhì)”、“保量”、“及時到位”,是企業(yè)立于不敗的關(guān)鍵。本文在研究系統(tǒng)可靠性理論與制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程控制內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程控制可靠性的概念,并構(gòu)建了生產(chǎn)過程控制的可靠性框架。在此框架基礎(chǔ)上,本文主要研究生產(chǎn)計劃的可靠性與生產(chǎn)制造過程的可靠性。 在生產(chǎn)計劃可靠性的研究上,本文提出了可靠性基礎(chǔ)上的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力計算方法；運(yùn)用模糊評價法對客戶重要度進(jìn)行了評估；對客戶訂單的潛在收益進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)建模分析；運(yùn)用蒙特卡洛技術(shù)對訂單交貨期的可靠性進(jìn)行了定量分析。 在生產(chǎn)制造過程可靠性的研究上,首先,研究了生產(chǎn)制造過程中人員、設(shè)備、環(huán)境的可靠性,并運(yùn)用馬爾科夫過程法對人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的可靠性進(jìn)行了定量研究,得出了生產(chǎn)環(huán)境變化下,人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的可靠度計算公式。其次,本文研究了生產(chǎn)物流的可靠性,在物料的數(shù)量研究上,本文研究了基于可靠性的在制品庫存控制,得出了最小安全庫存的計算公式,并提出了基于節(jié)拍控制的庫存補(bǔ)給策略,同時對生產(chǎn)線的整體可靠性進(jìn)行了研究。在物料的質(zhì)量控制研究上,本文主要提出了基于質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性的過程能力指數(shù)的確定方法。 制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程控制可靠性的研究涵蓋諸多方面的內(nèi)容,本文主要對其中的生產(chǎn)計劃、人-機(jī)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)、生產(chǎn)物流方面進(jìn)行研究,研究結(jié)果可為企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)過程控制能力、提高競爭實力,提供理論依據(jù)與參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, manufacturing enterprises are facing a more complex and changeable competitive environment. It is the key for the enterprise to improve its production management and control ability and realize the product's "quality", "quantity retention" and "timely delivery". On the basis of studying the theory of system reliability and the connotation of manufacturing process control, this paper puts forward the concept of manufacturing enterprise production process control reliability, and constructs the reliability framework of production process control. On the basis of this framework, this paper mainly studies the reliability of production planning and manufacturing process. On the research of reliability of production plan, this paper puts forward the method of calculating enterprise productivity on the basis of reliability, evaluates the importance of customer by using fuzzy evaluation method, and makes mathematical modeling and analysis on the potential profit of customer order. The reliability of order delivery date is quantitatively analyzed by Monte Carlo technique. In the research of the reliability of manufacturing process, firstly, the reliability of people, equipment and environment in manufacturing process is studied, and the reliability of man-machine-environment system is quantitatively studied by Markov process method. The formula for calculating the reliability of man-machine-environment system under the change of production environment is obtained. Secondly, the reliability of production logistics is studied in this paper. In the research of material quantity, this paper studies the in-process inventory control based on reliability, and obtains the calculation formula of minimum safety inventory. The inventory replenishment strategy based on rhythm control is put forward, and the overall reliability of production line is studied. In the research of material quality control, this paper puts forward a method of determining process capability index based on quality economy. The research on the reliability of production process control in manufacturing enterprises covers many aspects. In this paper, the production planning, man-machine-environment system, production logistics are studied. The results can provide theoretical basis and reference for enterprises to improve their production process control ability and competitive strength.
