【摘要】：從復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論、制度理論和組織學(xué)習(xí)理論等多個理論視角,討論了集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成與演進(jìn)的動因,提出了集群創(chuàng)新環(huán)境因素和集群創(chuàng)新主體因素兩類動因,并討論了各動因間的相互關(guān)系。認(rèn)為:集群創(chuàng)新環(huán)境因素通過影響集群創(chuàng)新主體因素中的經(jīng)濟(jì)理性動因和企業(yè)家動因進(jìn)而影響其創(chuàng)新合作行為,從而導(dǎo)致不同形態(tài)特征的集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成;集群創(chuàng)新環(huán)境的演進(jìn)也是通過借助集群創(chuàng)新主體因素中的經(jīng)濟(jì)理性動因和企業(yè)家動因的傳導(dǎo)進(jìn)而使集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)生演進(jìn)的。以紹興紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,對其特性和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了質(zhì)性研究。研究結(jié)果進(jìn)一步佐證了正式制度對集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成與演進(jìn)的作用主要是通過影響經(jīng)濟(jì)理性動因中的創(chuàng)新合作利益來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,非正式制度主要是通過影響企業(yè)家動因中的企業(yè)家精神和企業(yè)家認(rèn)知來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:From the perspectives of complex system theory, system theory and organizational learning theory, this paper discusses the causes of the formation and evolution of cluster innovation network, and puts forward two kinds of motivation: cluster innovation environment factor and cluster innovation main body factor. The interrelationship between the agents is also discussed. It is concluded that the environmental factors of cluster innovation affect the economic rational motivation and entrepreneur motivation of the main factors of cluster innovation, and then influence their innovation and cooperation behavior, thus leading to the formation of cluster innovation network with different morphological characteristics. The evolution of cluster innovation environment also makes the cluster innovation network evolve by means of the transmission of economic rational motivation and entrepreneur motivation among the main factors of cluster innovation. Taking the innovation network of Shaoxing textile industry cluster as an example, the characteristics and structure of Shaoxing textile industry cluster are studied qualitatively. The results further prove that the effect of formal system on the formation and evolution of cluster innovation network is mainly realized by influencing the interest of innovation cooperation in the economic rational motivation. Informal institutions are mainly realized by influencing entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial cognition.
