【摘要】：針對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增速回落、大力推動(dòng)煤炭消費(fèi)革命、宏觀調(diào)控摒棄大規(guī)模的非常規(guī)刺激措施,堅(jiān)持控制能源消費(fèi)總量,節(jié)能優(yōu)先,形成集約高效的能源消費(fèi)方式,抑制不合理能源消費(fèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,從經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的主要特征和煤炭市場(chǎng)變化角度,對(duì)山西省煤礦、鄉(xiāng)村和城鎮(zhèn)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行了分析,通過分析資源型城市系統(tǒng)中的煤炭企業(yè)、周邊村鎮(zhèn)和煤炭城市間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,為煤炭企業(yè)、周邊村鎮(zhèn)、煤炭城市和諧發(fā)展的新路子提出了對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the decline in economic growth in our country, vigorously promoting the coal consumption revolution, macro-control and abandoning large-scale unconventional stimulus measures, insisting on controlling the total amount of energy consumption, giving priority to energy conservation, and forming an intensive and efficient energy consumption mode, Under the new economic normal of restraining unreasonable energy consumption, this paper analyzes the coordinated development of coal mines, villages and towns in Shanxi Province from the angle of the main characteristics of the new economic normal and the change of coal market. By analyzing the internal relations among coal enterprises, surrounding villages and coal cities in the resource-based city system, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the harmonious development of coal enterprises, surrounding villages and towns and coal cities.
