【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展步伐,建設(shè)項目的風(fēng)險管理,作為工程建設(shè)項目管理的重要組成部分,日益得到關(guān)注與重視。在國際工程建設(shè)項目領(lǐng)域,是否具備行之有效的項目風(fēng)險管理體系和風(fēng)險管控實力,,已經(jīng)成為衡量國際工程公司競爭力的重要評價指標;そㄔO(shè)項目因其行業(yè)所具備的特殊危險性,項目風(fēng)險管理就更加關(guān)鍵。 本文在對建設(shè)項目風(fēng)險管理的理論進行綜合梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了化工建設(shè)項目特點和風(fēng)險管理的內(nèi)容與流程,并以CC化工建設(shè)項目為例,對前述理論在實際項目建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用進行了研究,對此類項目建設(shè)全壽命周期中可能存在的風(fēng)險類型和主要風(fēng)險因素進行了識別和分析,重點采用層次分析法對項目主要風(fēng)險進行了分析并排序,同時運用貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)法對項目特有的技術(shù)移植風(fēng)險進行判斷。根據(jù)風(fēng)險識別分析結(jié)果,制定實施風(fēng)險防范應(yīng)對措施,通過監(jiān)控跟蹤,對風(fēng)險應(yīng)對控制效果進行評價。 本文的結(jié)論為此類建設(shè)項目運行中風(fēng)險管理體系的健全與完善,風(fēng)險管理工作更好的開展與推進,提供一定的借鑒;為保障化工建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟、安全運行,合理規(guī)避并控制風(fēng)險提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, risk management of construction project, as an important part of project management, has been paid more and more attention. In the field of international engineering construction projects, whether there is an effective project risk management system and risk management strength has become an important evaluation index to measure the competitiveness of international engineering companies. Because of the special danger of chemical engineering project, project risk management is more critical. On the basis of synthetically combing the theory of construction project risk management, this paper expounds the characteristics of chemical construction project and the content and process of risk management, and takes CC chemical construction project as an example. This paper studies the application of the above theory in the actual project construction, and identifies and analyzes the possible risk types and main risk factors in the whole life cycle of such a project. The main risks of the project are analyzed and sorted by AHP, and Bayesian network method is used to judge the risk of project specific technology migration. According to the result of risk identification and analysis, the measures of risk prevention and control are established and the control effect of risk response is evaluated by monitoring and tracking. The conclusion of this paper provides some reference for the improvement and improvement of risk management system in the operation of such construction projects, and for the better development and promotion of risk management, as well as for ensuring the economic and safe operation of chemical construction projects. Reasonable avoidance and control of risk provide some reference.
