口岸公司基于精益化綠色制造的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著船舶工業(yè)的第二次產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,中國(guó)船舶制造工業(yè)獲得了快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)能及規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大,并在交付總載重噸位及手持訂單噸位等指標(biāo)上一度占據(jù)世界第一的位置。船舶制造工業(yè)雖然是傳統(tǒng)重工業(yè),但其產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的引領(lǐng)作用非常明顯,是客觀評(píng)價(jià)一個(gè)國(guó)家的制造能力和工業(yè)發(fā)展水平的綜合性指標(biāo)。同時(shí),船舶制造工業(yè)對(duì)提升國(guó)家的國(guó)防實(shí)力也非常重要,特別是像中國(guó)這樣具有廣闊海洋國(guó)土的國(guó)家。因此,船舶工業(yè)成為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)。 在政府政策及前幾年市場(chǎng)需求兩個(gè)方面因素的綜合刺激下,中國(guó)船舶制造工業(yè)的產(chǎn)能規(guī)模快速擴(kuò)張,但隨著金融危機(jī)和歐債危機(jī)的相繼爆發(fā),船舶行業(yè)進(jìn)入調(diào)整期。在勞動(dòng)力成本上升、人民幣升值、國(guó)際公約規(guī)劃要求越來越嚴(yán)格等多方面的內(nèi)、外部因素影響下,船舶制造企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況急劇惡化。在此市場(chǎng)行情下,企業(yè)必須制訂明確合理、可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中認(rèn)真落實(shí)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,才能指引企業(yè)走出目前的市場(chǎng)困境,獲得進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。 在此背景下,本文首先以口岸船舶有限公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,論述了戰(zhàn)略管理對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要意義,對(duì)本文的研究意義及研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述。接著對(duì)口岸公司所屬的船舶制造行業(yè)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的特征分析,重點(diǎn)分析了該行業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位、目前的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展方向。論文對(duì)口岸公司目前的外部政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境及技術(shù)環(huán)境等進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)分析和總結(jié),重點(diǎn)針對(duì)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了比較深入的分析。此外,論述了口岸公司規(guī)模迅速發(fā)展的原因,并描述了企業(yè)在管理、人才結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備設(shè)施和技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備等方面存在的問題。 論文圍繞船舶行業(yè)常見的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行深入分析論述,包括多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、低成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)戰(zhàn)略和異質(zhì)產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略等在船舶制造行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用情況。結(jié)合口岸公司自身的客觀情況、內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析,得出了口岸公司應(yīng)在適度相關(guān)多元化發(fā)展的情況下,重點(diǎn)采取精益綠色制造發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的結(jié)論。 論文論述了實(shí)施精益綠色制造發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要素和方法,從人才、市場(chǎng)、組織、技術(shù)、企業(yè)文化等諸多要素方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述,對(duì)形成這些競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要素的具體方法和措施進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。 論文最后對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)施這一競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略后取得的成效進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹。經(jīng)過實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,本論文中制訂的口岸公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略可行,并具有一定的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值,能為類似的船舶制造企業(yè)制訂發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供一定的參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the second industrial transfer of shipbuilding industry, Chinese shipbuilding industry has gained rapid development, rapid expansion of production capacity and scale, and once occupied the first place in the world in terms of delivery of gross load tonnage and handheld order tonnage. Although the shipbuilding industry is a traditional heavy industry, the leading role of its industrial chain is very obvious, and it is a comprehensive index to objectively evaluate a country's manufacturing capacity and industrial development level. At the same time, shipbuilding industry is also very important to enhance national defense, especially in countries such as China. Therefore, the shipbuilding industry has become a strategic industry with national priority. With the combination of government policy and market demand in the past few years, the production capacity of China's shipbuilding industry has expanded rapidly, but with the financial crisis and the European debt crisis, the shipping industry has entered a period of adjustment. Under the influence of the rising labor cost, the appreciation of RMB, the increasingly strict planning requirements of international conventions, and the influence of external factors, the operating conditions of shipbuilding enterprises have deteriorated sharply. Under this market situation, enterprises must make clear, reasonable and feasible development strategy, and carry out the development strategy in production practice, so as to guide enterprises out of the current market predicament and obtain further development. Under this background, this paper first takes the port shipping limited company as the research object, unifies the modern enterprise strategic management theory, elaborated the strategic management to the enterprise development important significance, has carried on the discussion to this article research significance and the research content. Secondly, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the shipbuilding industry belonging to the port company, focusing on the status of the industry in the development of the national economy, the current situation of the industry and its development direction. In this paper, the external policy environment, economic environment and technical environment of the port company are analyzed and summarized in detail, with emphasis on the internal environment. In addition, the paper discusses the reasons for the rapid development of the port company's scale, and describes the problems existing in the management, talent structure, equipment facilities and technical reserve of the enterprise. The thesis focuses on the common development strategy choice of ship industry, including diversified development strategy, low cost competition strategy, alliance strategy. The application of industrial upgrading strategy and heterogeneous product competition strategy in shipbuilding industry. Combined with the objective situation of the port company and the analysis of the internal and external environment and competitiveness, the conclusion is drawn that the port company should adopt the lean green manufacturing development strategy under the condition of moderately relevant diversified development. This paper discusses the elements and methods of implementing the development strategy of lean green manufacturing, including talent, market, organization, technology, corporate culture and so on. The concrete methods and measures to form these competitive elements are summarized. Finally, the paper introduces the effect of the competitive development strategy. The practical application shows that the development strategy of the port company in this paper is feasible and has certain value of popularization and application. It can provide a certain reference for similar shipbuilding enterprises to formulate the development strategy.
