【摘要】：企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究是社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論在企業(yè)領(lǐng)域的深入創(chuàng)新,具有很高的理論價(jià)值,是人們經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)踐和理性探究后,對(duì)發(fā)展的重新定義。企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是指企業(yè)自身經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與所處的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和自然生態(tài)環(huán)境的和諧統(tǒng)一,這一概念引領(lǐng)了社會(huì)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,更多的企業(yè)希望獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展而非單純的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。 通過(guò)閱讀大量國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn),對(duì)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論進(jìn)行研究,論述了論文的研究背景和意義,進(jìn)一步發(fā)掘了火電廠可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的內(nèi)涵,分析了影響火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的因素,主要包括：經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、社會(huì)因素、資源因素、環(huán)境因素。 首先把火電企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力作為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,提出從火電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿�、外部協(xié)調(diào)力三個(gè)方面分析,將每個(gè)方面細(xì)分為經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、社會(huì)三個(gè)角度的詳細(xì)指標(biāo),建立了一套完整、科學(xué)、實(shí)用的指標(biāo)體系。從上訴指標(biāo)體系出發(fā),建立了基于組合權(quán)重的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的火力發(fā)電企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力評(píng)價(jià)模型,并引入灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充。最后,對(duì)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,實(shí)證結(jié)果肯定了該模型的可行性與可靠性,該模型是衡量火電企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的有效方法,具有實(shí)際意義和可操作性。
[Abstract]:The study of enterprise sustainable development is a deep innovation of the theory of social sustainable development in the enterprise field and has high theoretical value. It is a redefinition of development after a long period of practice and rational inquiry. The sustainable development of enterprises refers to the harmony and unity of their own economic benefits with the social economic environment and the natural ecological environment, which leads to the transformation of social concepts. More companies want sustainable development than simple economic benefits. By reading a large number of domestic and foreign research documents, this paper studies the theory of sustainable development of enterprises, discusses the research background and significance of the paper, and further excavates the connotation of the sustainable development ability of thermal power plants. The factors influencing the sustainable development of thermal power generation enterprises are analyzed, including economic factors, social factors, resource factors and environmental factors. Firstly, the sustainable development ability of thermal power enterprises is taken as the evaluation object, and the analysis is made from three aspects: the status quo of sustainable development of thermal power enterprises, the potential of sustainable development, and the external coordination power, and each aspect is subdivided into economy and environment. Social three angles of detailed indicators, a set of complete, scientific, practical indicator system. Based on the index system of appeal, the evaluation model of sustainable development ability of thermal power enterprises based on combined weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results are supplemented by the grey correlation degree evaluation method. Finally, an empirical study on the index system and evaluation model is carried out. The results confirm the feasibility and reliability of the model. The model is an effective method to measure the sustainable development ability of thermal power enterprises and has practical significance and maneuverability.
