碳排放約束條件下鋼鐵企業(yè)綜合能源效率評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:與能源密切相關(guān)的污染問題及能源的日益短缺,已成為了制約我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的兩大難題。我國(guó)以煤炭為基礎(chǔ)的能源結(jié)構(gòu)決定了我國(guó)碳排放一直處于較高的水平。作為一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的大國(guó),我國(guó)政府承諾2020年單位GDP碳排放比降低40%-45%,同時(shí)也將該指標(biāo)納入社會(huì)發(fā)展和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃。就鋼鐵企業(yè)層面而言,企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的政策壓力越來越大,,這對(duì)企業(yè)自身的能源管理和能源效率評(píng)價(jià)提出了越來越高的要求。 本文在我國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)和鋼鐵企業(yè)能耗和碳排放現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了目前碳排放約束條件下我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)綜合能效評(píng)價(jià)的兩大問題:在進(jìn)行同區(qū)域跨行業(yè)能效評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)無法實(shí)現(xiàn)原材料能源消費(fèi)等因素的綜合考慮以及在碳排放約束條件下無法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)企業(yè)碳排放的量化評(píng)價(jià)。針對(duì)這兩個(gè)問題,本文提出了 內(nèi)涵能源強(qiáng)度‖和 內(nèi)涵CO2排放強(qiáng)度‖評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立了企業(yè)及行業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)估算模型,并結(jié)合T鋼廠實(shí)際生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況對(duì)T鋼廠進(jìn)行了綜合能效及碳排放水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最后提出了進(jìn)一步節(jié)能和減少碳排放的相關(guān)建議。 本文通過建立鋼鐵行業(yè)和鋼鐵企業(yè)的內(nèi)涵能源強(qiáng)度及碳排放估算模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋼鐵企業(yè)綜合能效評(píng)價(jià)和碳排放的量化估算和評(píng)價(jià)的一種新的思路,并對(duì)其他流程性生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的綜合能效及碳排放評(píng)價(jià)有著了較強(qiáng)的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The pollution problem closely related to energy and the increasing shortage of energy have become two major problems restricting the sustainable development of social economy in China. China's coal-based energy structure determines that China's carbon emissions have been in a high level. As a responsible big country, our government promises to reduce the carbon emission ratio per unit GDP by 40% to 45% in 2020, and at the same time, it will be included in the plan of social development and national economy development in the medium and long term. As far as iron and steel enterprises are concerned, the policy pressure of energy saving and emission reduction is increasing, which puts forward higher and higher requirements for energy management and energy efficiency evaluation of enterprises themselves. Based on the characteristics of energy consumption and carbon emission in China's iron and steel industry and iron and steel enterprises, This paper summarizes two major problems in the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation of iron and steel enterprises in China under the current carbon emission constraints: the factors such as the inability to realize the energy consumption of raw materials in the same region and the comprehensive consideration of the carbon emission in the evaluation of energy efficiency of iron and steel enterprises in the same region are summarized. The quantitative evaluation of carbon emissions can not be realized under the constraint conditions. Aiming at these two problems, this paper puts forward the evaluation index of energy intensity and CO2 emission intensity, and establishes the evaluation index model of enterprise and industry. The comprehensive energy efficiency and carbon emission level of T steel plant are evaluated according to the actual production and operation situation of T steel plant. Finally, some suggestions on further energy saving and carbon emission reduction are put forward. In this paper, through the establishment of the intension energy intensity and carbon emission estimation model of iron and steel industry and iron and steel enterprises, a new idea of comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation and quantitative estimation and evaluation of carbon emissions in iron and steel enterprises is realized. And it has a strong reference significance for the comprehensive energy efficiency and carbon emission evaluation of other process production enterprises.
