【摘要】：摘要：當(dāng)前移動終端產(chǎn)品競爭日益加劇,移動終端企業(yè)面臨新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)化升級,根據(jù)客戶需求的多樣化及個性化定制產(chǎn)品,以及對產(chǎn)品交貨期更短、質(zhì)量更高和成本更低的等要求。移動終端企業(yè)所面臨的這些要求使企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和業(yè)務(wù)活動流程的傳統(tǒng)管理模式受到了極大挑戰(zhàn),而這些業(yè)務(wù)的變化恰恰符合一次性、獨特性、目標(biāo)明確性的項目特性。 因此我們將移動終端企業(yè)中各種一次性、獨特性任務(wù)視為項目,引入現(xiàn)代項目管理的技術(shù)、方法和手段對其進行項目管理,以實現(xiàn)對制造企業(yè)中的各項活動高效地進行計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)和控制,最終實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營目標(biāo)。 本文通過對Z公司的智能手機新產(chǎn)品管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析,以項目管理理論的系統(tǒng)方法作為指導(dǎo),對Z公司的智能手機新產(chǎn)品項目管理實踐進行研究,旨在為解決Z企業(yè)智能手機新產(chǎn)品項目管理存在的問題提供有益的啟示和有價值的參考。圖21幅,表22個,參考文獻50篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the increasing competition of mobile terminal products, mobile terminal enterprises are faced with new product development, technological innovation, product industrialization upgrade, customization of products according to customers' needs, and shorter delivery time of products. Higher quality and lower cost requirements. These requirements of mobile terminal enterprises make the traditional management mode of enterprise production and business activity process face great challenge, and the changes of these services are in line with the project characteristics of one-off, uniqueness and clear objectives. Therefore, we regard all kinds of one-off and unique tasks in mobile terminal enterprises as projects, and introduce modern project management technology, methods and means to carry out project management, so as to achieve efficient planning of activities in manufacturing enterprises. Organize, coordinate and control, and ultimately achieve the business objectives of the enterprise. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of the new product management of smart phone in Z Company, and guided by the systematic method of the project management theory, this paper studies the project management practice of the new product of the smart phone in Z Company. The purpose of this paper is to provide useful enlightenment and valuable reference for solving the problems existing in the project management of the new product of smart phone in Z enterprise. There are 21 pictures, 22 tables and 50 references.
