【摘要】：隨著全球化的發(fā)展,外商直接投資(FDI)對于一國技術(shù)進(jìn)步與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長所起到的助推作用越來越受到重視,FDI的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)也隨之成為學(xué)術(shù)界所討論的重點(diǎn),特別是后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)在近幾年來得到了更為廣泛的關(guān)注。本文正是基于這個角度,對FDI的后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究。 作為我國制造業(yè)重點(diǎn)基地的陜西省,憑借產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢及政策的優(yōu)惠吸引了大量外商直接投資的進(jìn)入,這必然會為相關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)帶來更為廣泛的FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)。因此,本文選取陜西省制造業(yè)為研究對象,利用2007年—2011年制造業(yè)各行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合投入產(chǎn)出表,構(gòu)建檢驗(yàn)FDI后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)的模型并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明,陜西省制造業(yè)中FDI的后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)為顯著的正向效應(yīng)。 之后,文章從技術(shù)溢出來源方和接受方兩個角度對影響FDI后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)的因素進(jìn)行分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。在基本回歸模型的基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)行分組驗(yàn)證和比較,得出結(jié)果,當(dāng)內(nèi)外資企業(yè)間的技術(shù)差距較小、下游行業(yè)外資企業(yè)集聚度較高時,FDI的后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)更為明顯；同時,針對陜西省制造業(yè)的具體特點(diǎn),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI對國有內(nèi)資企業(yè)的后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)更為顯著。 最后,總結(jié)實(shí)證結(jié)果,提出相關(guān)的幾點(diǎn)對策建議,以期能夠利用FDI的后向關(guān)聯(lián)溢出效應(yīng)促進(jìn)陜西省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, more and more attention has been paid to the technology spillover effect of FDI to a country's technological progress and economic growth. In particular, backward association spillover effects have been paid more attention in recent years. Based on this perspective, this paper studies the backward association spillover effect of FDI. As the key base of China's manufacturing industry, Shaanxi Province attracts a large number of foreign direct investment (FDI) by virtue of the advantages of industry and preferential policies, which will inevitably bring more extensive FDI technology spillover effects for related industries. Therefore, this paper selects the manufacturing industry of Shaanxi Province as the research object, using the panel data of the manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2011, combining the input-output table, constructs the model to test the backward correlation spillover effect of FDI and carries on the empirical analysis, the result shows that, The backward correlation spillover effect of FDI in Shaanxi manufacturing industry is significant positive effect. Then, this paper analyzes and empirically tests the factors that affect the spillover effect of FDI from the perspective of technology spillover source and receiver. On the basis of the basic regression model, the results of grouping verification and comparison show that the backward correlation spillover effect of FDI is more obvious when the technological gap between domestic and foreign enterprises is small, and the convergence degree of foreign enterprises in downstream industries is higher; at the same time, According to the specific characteristics of Shaanxi manufacturing industry, we find that the backward spillover effect of FDI on state-owned and domestic enterprises is more significant. Finally, this paper summarizes the empirical results and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the development of Shaanxi manufacturing industry by using the backward correlation spillover effect of FDI.
