【摘要】：生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理是企業(yè)管理中非常重要的一環(huán),現(xiàn)代企業(yè)特別是制造業(yè)與服務(wù)業(yè),生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)承載著企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的核心體現(xiàn)是其生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的好壞。本課題緊密結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)作環(huán)境,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法找出企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的問(wèn)題并加以解決。通過(guò)不斷減少浪費(fèi)和提高生產(chǎn)效率,從而提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文主要內(nèi)容分五部分:第一部分首先引出問(wèn)題,介紹了生產(chǎn)管理概念、歷史及具體內(nèi)容和意義。第二部分為半導(dǎo)體行業(yè),主要是晶圓代工行業(yè)的分析以及公司簡(jiǎn)介。第三部分介紹GF公司新加坡分公司-GFS的生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)介紹了GFS的生產(chǎn)流程。第四部分主要介紹了GFS先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)-TPS的運(yùn)用,對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出改善方案,以及改善完成后的成果。第五部分總結(jié)本文研究的收獲及展望。主體為第二到第四部分,主要是發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題和改善后的成果。本文主要介紹了GFS以豐田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的核心思想為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)自P突撓τ煤蚃IT的實(shí)施,企業(yè)在成本控制,交貨期,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等方面都得到了顯著的改善。生產(chǎn)水平提高了,自然增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Production and operation management is a very important part of enterprise management. Modern enterprises, especially manufacturing and service industries, bear the strategic implementation of production and operation, and the core of the competitiveness of enterprises is the quality of their production and operation management. In this paper, the problem of enterprise production management is found and solved by scientific method in combination with the actual operating environment of the enterprise. By constantly reducing waste and improving production efficiency, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The main content of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the concept, history, content and significance of production management. The second part is semiconductor industry, mainly the wafer contract industry analysis and company profile. The third part introduces the current situation and problems of GFS production management in GF Singapore, with emphasis on the production process of GFS. The fourth part mainly introduces the application of GFS advanced production system. The fifth part summarizes the harvest and prospect of this paper. The main body is the second to fourth parts, mainly to find problems, solve problems and improve the results. This paper mainly introduces GFS, which is guided by the core idea of Toyota production system. The implementation of Toro 蟿 IT, cost control, delivery time, product quality and so on have been significantly improved. The level of production has improved, naturally enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
