【摘要】：工業(yè)自動化控制系統(tǒng)裝置制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在下游行業(yè)的帶動下取得了一定的發(fā)展，但是與發(fā)達國家相比，工業(yè)自動化比例依然不高。同時由于看到消防救援、高層建筑、橋梁船舶及其他民用行業(yè)的對升降自動化裝置的更高要求和市場需求，東莞市天楠科技有限公司開發(fā)出了公司的核心產(chǎn)品自動化控制光機電一體化升降機器人，并獲得多項專利，東莞市天楠科技有限公司準備以核心產(chǎn)品為源動力進行融資。 本文研究內(nèi)容主要包括項目分析、環(huán)境分析、營銷策略及管理團隊、未來三年的銷售預(yù)測與風險分析六個部分。首先應(yīng)用波特五力模型，，對東莞市天楠科技有限公司的核心產(chǎn)品的市場競爭環(huán)境進行分析，明確項目的核心競爭力和競爭優(yōu)勢；然后通過SWOT分析，明確項目的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并在此戰(zhàn)略的指導下，制定相應(yīng)的項目實施計劃和風險分析等方法對項目潛在的風險和針對風險采取的相關(guān)策略進行分析。公司準備在初始融資2800萬后，在未來三年再融資20000萬來保持持續(xù)增長勢頭。在第三年實現(xiàn)利潤率36.68%的優(yōu)良業(yè)績。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry of industrial automation control system has made a certain development in the downstream industry, but compared with the developed countries, the proportion of industrial automation is still not high. At the same time, because of the higher requirements and market demand for lifting and lifting automation devices in fire protection and rescue, high-rise buildings, bridges, ships and other civilian industries, Dongguan Tiannan Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has developed its core product, automatic control, optical, electromechanical integrated lifting robot, and has obtained many patents. Dongguan Tiannan Technology Co., Ltd. is prepared to take the core products as the source of financing. This paper mainly includes six parts: project analysis, environment analysis, marketing strategy and management team, sales forecast and risk analysis in the next three years. In this paper, the author analyzes the market competition environment of the core products of Dongguan Tiannan Science and Technology Co., Ltd by using Porter's five-force model, and clarifies the core competitiveness and competitive advantage of the project, and then, through SWOT analysis, defines the development strategy of the project. Under the guidance of the strategy, the corresponding project implementation plan and risk analysis methods are made to analyze the potential risks and the related strategies for the risk. The company is prepared to refinance $200 million over the next three years after raising $28 million in initial financing to sustain growth. In the third year to achieve a profit margin of 36.68% of the excellent performance.
