【摘要】:當(dāng)今企業(yè)面臨的最大挑戰(zhàn)是生產(chǎn)柔性和滿足用戶需求的生產(chǎn)方式的變革,多品種小批量生產(chǎn)方式已經(jīng)成為航空機(jī)載產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的主流模式,產(chǎn)品種類多、變換快,生產(chǎn)中同時(shí)加工的零件種類繁多、生產(chǎn)組織和計(jì)劃管理工作復(fù)雜,難度較大。這一新特點(diǎn)給航空機(jī)載產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)管理帶來(lái)了新的、更高的要求,如何在滿足用戶要求的前提下實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)成本、生產(chǎn)周期三者的均衡成為航空機(jī)載產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)不可回避的問(wèn)題。我國(guó)航空機(jī)載產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)作為典型的多品種小批量生產(chǎn)企業(yè),其生產(chǎn)組織形式和管理方式已無(wú)法適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求多樣化的形勢(shì)。因此必須對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流管理模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,尋求適合目前生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀的生產(chǎn)管理模式。 論文基于對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流的概念及特征、生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容與原則、精益生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)與優(yōu)勢(shì)以及多品種小批量情形下精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的局限性等的深入分析,明確了精益生產(chǎn)在降低成本、減少浪費(fèi)方面具有很強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是在多品種小批量生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用方面仍然需要進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的改進(jìn),需要保留其有效的方法和技術(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用新的生產(chǎn)組織管理模式。 其次,基于對(duì)XH企業(yè)基本情況的調(diào)研,,剖析了XH企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流的基本特征以及XH企業(yè)典型產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程,明確指出XH企業(yè)是典型的多品種小批量生產(chǎn)企業(yè),雖然XH企業(yè)進(jìn)行了一些精益生產(chǎn)的措施,但是由于該企業(yè)整體管理水平不高,效果還不是非常理想,加之精益生產(chǎn)在多品種小批量企業(yè)應(yīng)用的局限性,因此必須根據(jù)企業(yè)的實(shí)際進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),而不能純粹盲目的應(yīng)用精益生產(chǎn)。 針對(duì)企業(yè)基本情況和瓶頸制約,提出了生產(chǎn)物流優(yōu)化方案,運(yùn)用流程再造的基本思想勾畫(huà)出企業(yè)遠(yuǎn)期改革的藍(lán)圖。運(yùn)用TOC和面向?qū)ο驪etri網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)企業(yè)流程進(jìn)行建模,并據(jù)以分析XH企業(yè)存在的主要問(wèn)題;設(shè)計(jì)了基于Agent的柔性生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與生產(chǎn)調(diào)度集成系統(tǒng);根據(jù)價(jià)值流構(gòu)建精益組織。提出了XH企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流流程重組,集成信息系統(tǒng)以及組織結(jié)構(gòu)重組具體方案。 針對(duì)XH航空機(jī)載產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)中存在的問(wèn)題,從完善供應(yīng)管理策略,改進(jìn)庫(kù)房管理等方面提出了運(yùn)作與管理的改良對(duì)策,具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the biggest challenge facing enterprises is the change of production flexibility and production mode to meet the needs of customers. Multi-variety and small-batch production mode has become the mainstream mode of aviation airborne product production, with many kinds of products and rapid changes. There are many kinds of parts processed at the same time in production, and the production organization and plan management are complicated and difficult. This new feature brings new and higher requirements to the design and production management of airborne aviation products. How to achieve product quality and production cost under the premise of meeting the requirements of customers, The balance of production cycle has become an unavoidable problem for airborne production enterprises. As a typical multi-variety and small-batch production enterprise, the production organization and management mode of airborne production enterprises in China can no longer adapt to the diversified market demand. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the production logistics management mode and to seek a production management model suitable for the present production situation. Based on the in-depth analysis of the concept and characteristics of production logistics, the design content and principle of production logistics system, the characteristics and advantages of lean production, and the limitations of lean production system in the case of multi-variety and small batch, etc. It is clear that lean production has strong advantages in reducing cost and waste, but the application of lean production in multi-variety and small-batch production still needs to be improved, and its effective methods and techniques need to be retained. On this basis, combined with the actual development of enterprises, the application of new production organization management model. Secondly, based on the investigation of XH enterprise, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of XH enterprise production logistics and the typical production process of XH enterprise, and points out clearly that XH enterprise is a typical multi-variety small batch production enterprise. Although XH enterprise has carried out some measures of lean production, but because the overall management level of XH enterprise is not high, the effect is not very ideal, and the application of lean production in multi-variety and small batch enterprises is limited. Therefore, the optimal design must be carried out according to the actual situation of the enterprise, and the lean production should not be applied blindly. In view of the basic situation and bottleneck restriction of enterprises, the optimization scheme of production logistics is put forward, and the blueprint of long-term reform of enterprises is drawn by using the basic idea of process reengineering. Using TOC and Object-Oriented Petri net system to model the enterprise process and analyze the main problems existing in XH enterprise, a flexible production planning and production scheduling integrated system based on Agent is designed, and lean organization is constructed according to the value flow. This paper puts forward the concrete plan of XH enterprise production logistics process reengineering, integrated information system and organization structure reengineering. In view of the existing problems in the production and logistics system of XH airborne products manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for improving the operation and management from the aspects of perfecting the supply management strategy and improving the warehouse management, which has certain practical application value.
