【摘要】:有色金屬是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)、人民日常生活及國防工業(yè)、科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展必不可少的基礎(chǔ)材料和重要的戰(zhàn)略物資,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、科學(xué)技術(shù)和國防工業(yè)都需要有色金屬。世界上有很多國家,尤其是工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家,都競相發(fā)展有色金屬工業(yè),加大有色金屬的儲備。我國有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源豐富,有色金屬行業(yè)中企業(yè)眾多,就整個(gè)有色金屬行業(yè)來說在穩(wěn)步增長,但不容忽視的是,有色金屬行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、集中度不高、資源保障能力不強(qiáng)等問題還是比較突出,而且工藝水平尚待提高、環(huán)保壓力與日俱增。未來幾年內(nèi),有色金屬行業(yè)將進(jìn)行大規(guī)模的兼并重組,而且兼并重組將成為一種主基調(diào)。美國次貸危機(jī)以及歐債危機(jī)以來,國際國內(nèi)宏觀環(huán)境發(fā)展了很大變化,隨著科技的發(fā)展以及企業(yè)管理能力的提升,企業(yè)自身內(nèi)部環(huán)境也發(fā)生了很大變化。 目前國內(nèi)學(xué)者對有色金屬行業(yè)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究很少,主要集中對有色金屬行業(yè)進(jìn)行市場分析和展望的研究以及在信息化與工業(yè)化融合背景下有色金屬行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究。但是針對具體到分析有色金屬行業(yè)企業(yè)面臨新的宏觀環(huán)境以及企業(yè)自身環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上研究有色金屬行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究幾乎沒有。本文則是在相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用規(guī)范分析的方法,在大量文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,以廣西平桂飛碟股份有限公司為例,通過對飛碟公司面臨的宏微觀環(huán)境,企業(yè)自身優(yōu)勢劣勢等因素,對飛碟公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而對我國有色金屬企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出一些借鑒的建議和對策。本文主要包括以下內(nèi)容: 第一部分,分析本文的研究背景和研究意義,并對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行理論闡述。 第二部分,具體論述飛碟公司的外部環(huán)境,在對有色金屬行業(yè)的特殊性、重要性、行業(yè)規(guī)模以及發(fā)展前景等問題進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了飛碟公司發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境,并對飛碟公司的主要競爭者進(jìn)行了論述,最后,研究分析飛碟公司所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。 第三部分,詳細(xì)分析飛碟公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,了解企業(yè)自身各種條件即組織的狀態(tài),確定企業(yè)在行業(yè)中的競爭地位,探討飛碟飛碟所具備的優(yōu)勢和存在的劣勢。 第四部分,詳細(xì)論述飛碟公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 第五部分,總結(jié)和啟示。對本文主要研究工作做了總結(jié),并分析了由此帶給我國有色金屬行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的啟示。
[Abstract]:Non-ferrous metals are essential basic materials and important strategic materials for the development of science and technology, agricultural modernization, industrial modernization, science and technology and national defense industry all need non-ferrous metals. Many countries in the world, especially industrial developed countries, are competing to develop nonferrous metals industry and increase the reserves of nonferrous metals. China is rich in mineral resources of non-ferrous metals, and there are many enterprises in the nonferrous metal industry. As far as the whole nonferrous metal industry is concerned, it is growing steadily. However, it can not be ignored that the nonferrous metal industry has overcapacity, unreasonable structure and low concentration. The resource guarantee ability is not strong, and the technology level needs to be improved, and the pressure of environmental protection is increasing day by day. In the next few years, the non-ferrous metal industry will carry on the large-scale merger and reorganization, and the merger and reorganization will become one kind of main tone. Since the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and the European debt crisis, great changes have taken place in the international and domestic macro environment. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of enterprise management ability, the internal environment of enterprises has also changed a lot. At present, there are few researches on the enterprise strategy of non-ferrous metal industry, mainly focusing on the market analysis and prospect of non-ferrous metal industry and the development strategy of non-ferrous metal industry under the background of information and industrialization. However, there is almost no research on the development strategy of non-ferrous metal industry enterprises on the basis of analyzing the new macro environment and the enterprise's own environment. This article is based on the relevant theories, using the method of normative analysis, on the basis of a lot of literature review, taking Guangxi Pinggui Frisbee Co., Ltd as an example, through the macro and micro environment faced by Frisbee Company. This paper studies the development strategy of Frisbee Company and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development strategy of non-ferrous metal enterprises in China. This paper mainly includes the following contents: In the first part, the background and significance of this paper are analyzed, and the related research of strategic management theory at home and abroad is expounded. The second part, on the basis of analyzing the particularity, importance, industry scale and development prospect of non-ferrous metal industry, the external environment of Frisbee Company is discussed in detail. This paper expounds the macro environment and industry environment of the development of Frisbee Company, and discusses the main competitors of Frisbee Company. Finally, it studies and analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by Frisbee Company. In the third part, we analyze the internal environment of Frisbee Company in detail, understand the condition of the enterprise itself, determine the competitive position of the enterprise in the industry, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the Frisbee. The fourth part, discusses the enterprise development strategy of Frisbee Company in detail. The fifth part, summary and enlightenment. The main research work of this paper is summarized, and the enlightenment to the development of nonferrous metal industry enterprises is analyzed.
